And as important, they are able to help in the selection of the appropriate wine for the occasion. I enjoyed shopping here when I visited Dallas earlier this year. It is a fun store to walk and see their selection.

Very friendly service, the gentleman working the counter helped me find all of my items so I was inside less than 5 minutes total. There's a private lot next door, which is nice to have downtown, but there were a lot of folks just milling around there and near the entrance which was awkward getting in and out. Outside of that, great experience and I'd come here again.

I walked straight up to what I was looking for, but to my surprise they were out of the flavor I needed. I walked around some more to see if maybe they are in another area but didn't find anything. So I walked up to the front to ask, and it turned out they do have more but they are alllll the way at the top lol! The associate told me that she would get someone with some equipment to get it down... So then I start the wait game, atleast 10min. Go by then another 5 or so go by, I see the same associate walking around, smiling with coworkers, while I stand in the same place waiting on her. Needless to say NO! she did not come back, to check to see if I had what I was looking for... I had to go and walk up to her again to ask if anyone was coming. Smh. She walked away to get some help, but not before telling me that someone did get the liquor but got the super big bottle instead.. but if that's the case.. why didn't anyone say anything and just let me stand there! So eventually they came with the machine and got the liquor down. Honestly it could have been an in and out trip, but instead I was inside probably 20min. Or more. Yes, ofc I'd go back because I always have a good / alright experience... but I'm going to stick to the other location instead.

Amazing service!…read more Love supporting local small businesses. Lots of variety and friendly staff. They have larger size bottles on the floor and smaller sizes behind the counter. Worst liquor store I've ever visited. The store is full of dust and unkept. I found the location by…read moredoing a search while attending a concert at a nearby venue. Despite the dust on the products and shelves we purchased from the store anyway. Immediately upon unpackaging our purchase we noticed particles floating in the bottle of the mix caused by the shifting of the bottle. There was pileup of some sort at the bottom of the bottle. Thinking the owner would be as shocked as we were, we returned to the store to rectify our problem. The cashiers response was that because it was a combo set of Jose Cuervo and mix we could throw the mix away. Shocked because nobody throws away money, I informed her I bought the set because I obviously wanted both and requested she accommodate my friend and I with a replacement of the mix. We were willing to pay the difference for another brand. She told us she didn't package the bottle it's a problem from the distributor and it would be addressed the following Monday. My friend went to review the remaining sets on the shelf and they were all the same. Nobody rotates the stock. The cashier doesn't know to remove stock of potential hazards upon notification by customers. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. They lack common business resolution, do not appreciate their customers, and hold the customer responsible for the products they resell rather than themselves and the vendor. I support small businesses but with stores like this, it's not worth the risk. You get satisfaction driving to a bigger franchise.

TERRIBLE STAFF!!!…read more Incredibly rude experience at checkout. My husband (30) and I (25) stopped in to pick up a bottle, and I had forgotten my ID at home. They refused to sell to my husband, even though he was the one making the purchase and had his ID. We went all the way home to get mine, only to return and see a child who looked to be about 12 carrying three bottles of wine up to the counter for his parents to purchase. Apparently that wasn't an issue, yet me simply being with my 30-year-old husband without my ID was. I understand stores have policies and employees have to follow them, but there is a polite and professional way to handle situations like this. This employee at checkout was unnecessarily rude from the start, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. Consistency and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

It's easy to get to if you are heading South on North Beltline Road, but getting out of it, you can only keep heading South, and even then you're on the side street of the overpass and it's a pain to turn back the other way. You have to be heading South and getting off that "exit" road onto East Main Street in order to get here. It's a little inconvenient. For that reason I've never been until today. We saw the big giant inflatable gorilla out front last month announcing that this was open. The business itself got it's license on April 1, but I think this place has only been open for a month or two (It is now Oct 1, 2020). Anyhow I love wine and figured I'd check it out. Parking can be a challenge when they are getting a delivery - the lot is small and deliveries are brought to the front. Your car might get boxed in if you are not careful. It's a nice large new store. Everything is perfectly clean and beautiful. I came here looking for wine and I was disappointed. There's only 1 row of wine, and it's small. They have different varieties available, but only 5-6 different versions of each. So for a Pinot Noir, they had maybe 5 or 6 different brands. And they were all quite cheap. Which is to say not very good. I mean, if you want a $4 bottle of red, definitely go here. They have some Texas wines but in my opinion Texas wines are horrible. The store is definitely more geared towards liquor and beer. I didn't look at the beer section, but they have a good amount of large new coolers in the back of the store so I think they have a lot to choose from here. The first several rows of aisles and the entire side walls are all liquor. Excellent selection of whiskeys and bourbons from what I saw. So, although it has wine in the title, don't go here for wine. And careful where you park.
