Let me preface this by saying that this could of very easily gone sideways, but they went out of their way to make it right. I recently purchased a bottle of high end bourbon that I discovered to have an issue with the seal AFTER I left the establishment. Although I was 99.9% sure that I didn't cause the issue, I could of understood if the establishment wanted to question my issue. That never happened here. I spoke to "G" on the phone and told him the problem. I wasn't able to make it back in the store until two days later and they didn't give me any issues at all. Exchanged my bottle without hassle and even talked to me about other spirits that I may interested in. It was my first time to visit this location and won't be the last.
