When she moved out, there was an excess fur leftover even after she had vacuumed the room. So I rented the rug doctor. After a day of letting it dry, I noticed that the wet dog smell got worse. So I decided to google professional carpet cleaners and I came across Go Green. It was 9pm at night and I was surprised that someone had picked up. Their customer service is really a 24/7 service! They immediately patched me to the professional cleaner for an advise and he told me that wetting it with the rug doctor indeed made the wet dog smell worse. So we scheduled seamlessly and for $160 he cleaned my 10x12 room and even did my bathroom and my other room as a bonus! So far the wet dog smell is gone. I am happy!

First off, my scheduled appointment with them was at a window from 1:00pm-1:15pm but I got a call from Frank around 12:50pm saying him and his partner were already here! So punctuality is a definite plus! Second, we scheduled to do carpet cleaning & restoration for our living room because let me tell ya, it looked a like sad dead story walking in there... Anyway, the moment Frank & Mario told me they were done, I was very shock to see the results! Everything was clean & spotless & my living room looked alive than ever! Overall, I would give these two guys & the company a huge thumbs up! I asked for their business card & sure enough I'm definitely going to book them & use this company again. Frank & Mario - if you see this review - HUGE THANK YOU! YOU GUYS ROCK!

He exceeded my expectations in resolving the matter and was proactive in that exchange. Would highly recommend. ********************** Alex was very responsive, easy to work with, and the price was phenomenal compared to other companies. THe issue I had was with the associate that came over to my new home and steam clean the carpets. He didn't take care of my home (newly constructed) and wore his shoes indoors even after I asked if had boot covers. He created stains from his shoes, dropped water over my new wood floors, and chipped paint along every corner of my stairs and walls with the hose he ran through my home to clean the carpets. After all was said and done.... what the steam cleaning cost me is inexpensive compared to he new damage caused by this guy. I have to repaint all the areas that were chipped or scratched, and fix the chip in my wood floor caused by the metal edge of the hose....

Good and bad - Easy to communicate and schedule, reasonable rates, efficient service and carpets…read morelooked great. Tile steam cleaning was the problem - the grout looked great after cleaning but there were little silver stains in many places on my white ceramic tiles. I reached out to James and he did come to look and tried what he could think of to remove the stains, it didn't work. He proposed physically removing the tiles and replacing them. I did NOT want to go through that sort of major undertaking, even if he was offering to cover it. When he came out he brought one of their brushes so I was able to see how it was worn down at the two ends. After a lot of research I figured out the metal transfer must have been the cause when the metal brush head scraped against the tile since the bristles on the brush were so worn down on the edges. The fix was a somewhat easy one-- to scrub with Ceramic Cooktop cleaner. I had the materials and it took about 2-3 hours for me to carefully scrub clean all the affected tiles. Other than this issue the company and service was great. But obviously all the stains on my tile was a stressful issue and being unsure how fix it was a big problem and it took time and effort from me to remedy. I hope the company has invested in some new brush heads.

So I asked for a very specific job of just those items. Since I read the good reviews I thought it would be a good idea to also have a steam clean for the couch. They arrived on time, we did a walk through, explained I liked Zeb grout cleaner and showed them all the dirty handprints on the doors and door frames. Victor is hard working, but they were ready to leave and I saw 50% of the doors were still dirty. Door frames still had scotch tape on them and sticky residue. The bathroom grout also looked the same. He tried to make things right, so I appreciate his efforts. The couch that he steamed looks good. Victor cares about making it right, but the team is not super detail oriented.

Review for Go, Cleaners…read more I hired Go, Cleaners to handle the cleaning for two of my property listings. While the work on the first property was decent, the experience with the second one left much to be desired. It felt like a very half-hearted job; many areas still needed attention after they were supposedly done. I ended up spending the entire evening cleaning carpets, removing grime from windows, and wiping down obvious dirt throughout the house--tasks I paid them to do. I'm not sure if the issue was a lack of direct supervision or delegation to a team that didn't deliver, but the result was unacceptable. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. For those considering Go, Cleaners, please refer to the photos I've attached to see the issues firsthand.
