Stairs were extra, with 2 flights of stairs (30 steps total $3/step) totaling $160. Overall the carpet was in good condition prior not in need of deep cleaning. We received a confirmation text earlier in the morning which was good. After the service, at first glance the carpet was clean. However, we were informed that the inner walls of the stairs would be cleaned (the vertical side), which were not. Compare to other services which also instruct it takes x number of hours for the carpet to dry, the previous services left the carpet a lot drier. Think dampness vs spongy. We did put out fans but since prolonged carpet wetness can be a serious concern we got out the dry vac and worked on the carpet for a long time after. Towards the end of the service the last few stairs was gone over very briefly and stains remained. After a few hours we noticed wherever there were turns the edges were dirty from the hoses being pulled. Unfortunately we don't have touch up paint left so we usually try to be meticulous in avoiding staining the walls. There was a disregard for the walls. One of the workers walked in with boots and there was mud on it. Even though the carpet will be cleaned there should be more respect for people's homes. Folks were friendly, we simply want to share our experience in case some other people care about the same things that we do.

When she moved out, there was an excess fur leftover even after she had vacuumed the room. So I rented the rug doctor. After a day of letting it dry, I noticed that the wet dog smell got worse. So I decided to google professional carpet cleaners and I came across Go Green. It was 9pm at night and I was surprised that someone had picked up. Their customer service is really a 24/7 service! They immediately patched me to the professional cleaner for an advise and he told me that wetting it with the rug doctor indeed made the wet dog smell worse. So we scheduled seamlessly and for $160 he cleaned my 10x12 room and even did my bathroom and my other room as a bonus! So far the wet dog smell is gone. I am happy!

First off, my scheduled appointment with them was at a window from 1:00pm-1:15pm but I got a call from Frank around 12:50pm saying him and his partner were already here! So punctuality is a definite plus! Second, we scheduled to do carpet cleaning & restoration for our living room because let me tell ya, it looked a like sad dead story walking in there... Anyway, the moment Frank & Mario told me they were done, I was very shock to see the results! Everything was clean & spotless & my living room looked alive than ever! Overall, I would give these two guys & the company a huge thumbs up! I asked for their business card & sure enough I'm definitely going to book them & use this company again. I found this company through Yelp, along with several others, but Cesar quoted me the best rate,…read morealong with some promises, so I decided to give them a try. One of the smartest things I did was ask him to write down the specific work his team would perform based on the quoted rate, since I only wanted a partial house cleaning. I was surprised when Cesar showed up by himself that day without any helpers, as this job typically requires two people and usually takes 1-2 hours. Even more surprising was that he tried to choose which tasks he wanted to complete and skipped many essential ones. For example, he neglected to clean the shower pan until I pointed it out, cleaned the bedroom, but didn't do any dusting, and didn't remove the small floor mats while cleaning the floors. He insisted he would only clean the laminated floor and not the tile floor until I showed him the contract, which stated that all floors were included. There were many other issues with his cleaning, leading to a long list of concerns. Eventually, he admitted that he only supervises workers now and hasn't done any cleaning himself for several years. His workers were busy in Palo Alto and Cupertino, which made me feel like my house in the East Bay was not good enough for him. It felt as if he thought he could just come over, do a lackluster job, and waste my time under the guise of 'supervision.' I attempted to give him a second chance by requesting his workers to come over this time, but he never replied to my text messages. If the owner does not care about his customers or the reputation of his company, that speaks volumes about the level of service you can expect from this business.
