I didn't realize Easy Wash was a mobile service, which makes them even more amazing on top of the great job they did yesterday! I needed to have our company vehicle taken in for cleaning. Imagine how a rental is treated except it never gets returned for cleaning before handing off to the next driver. FOR YEARS. That was the state of our company minivan. Grime, dirt, dust, food crumbs... I'm not sure if colleagues were camping out of there or what, but the van was visibly filthy and grimy to the touch! I usually take my own car to AJ's but I sort of imagine only taking nice cars there? Not a beat up minivan! So, I shopped around and found Easy Wash among others on Yelp. After calling around, I found Easy Wash's Memo to be the most professional sounding, respectful and he comes to you! You can't beat that! It was easy to make an appointment and I felt like I was brought back to a time before there were apps or email. We made an appointment over the phone, no email confirmation or anything. Word is bond and he showed up at the time booked. It was great! Memo and his associate arrived on time to our office on a Saturday. He had quoted the service taking around 3 hours but it ended up being a little over 4 hours. Our vehicle honestly was that dirty. Upon completion, our vehicle no longer smelled dingy, the stains from the mats and upholstery lifted, tires and rims sparkled. The total for the service was $350. In a time where everyone's inner germaphobe has grown to gargantuan proportions, having a work vehicle cleaned to this degree of detail certainly helps add some ease to one feeling safe in their working environment. Our engineers spend hours if not days in this van when out in the field, so I'm happy to have found a service that can support us in keeping our van clean and safe for our employees. We engaged Memo for interior cleaning of a sedan. He came home to do the cleaning, which saved us some time. He was very thorough, covering every surface with detail, including door handles and knobs. He shampooed the floor mats as well. We had thought it would take about 2.5 hours, but it was closer to 4 hours. For all that, he was not profligate with the water supply. And amazingly it only cost $150, which is a steal compared to other offers out there. Overall, we are very satisfied with his perfection, sincerity, and attention to detail. So, I voluntarily offered him a bit more than he asked for. read more

I can not recommend Easy Wash as damage occurred to my truck's interior after they performed upholstery cleaning and detail. I spoke with Memo, who was very nice and showed up on schedule as requested. He took nearly three hours to perform the interior cleaning, so I was initially pleased that it seemed quality work was performed. Upon completion, I did a cursory look at his work and gave him the okay. It wasn't until hours later that same day I noticed that the rubber cover for the auxiliary USB port had been torn off (see picture) and placed in the coin tray. I didn't bother contacting Memo about it because I didn't know what compensation I would even ask him to provide me. Then, a few days later I open my ash try and I see the plastic cover for the cigarette plug (see picture) was broken as well. Memo is a nice enough guy but if you're breaking parts in my car's interior and not having the decency to tell me, there's no way I can recommend you. read more

Memo did an outstanding job detailing my 2003 Toyota Corolla. Also, his service was absolutely phenomenal. Since I live in an apartment community and do not have space to clean the car, Memo came in the morning and drove my car to his house and cleaned and detailed my car and got it back in 4 hours. And the results were just shockingly outstanding. The interior became absolutely new and smelling fresh :) And not the kind of strong, bleach smell but a pleasant and clean smell. The car's cloth seats and floor carpet were stained beyond repairs (SBR) and he made them absolutely shiny clean and also cleaned every nook and corner of the car including glove compartment. Also, I was not expecting him to clean the carpet and stuff in the trunk but he cleaned that as well and made it spotless clean and smelling fresh and clean :) I loved, loved, loved his work and going to recommend him to everyone for his professional and outstanding service and awesome customer service, cool nature, and very reasonable price. Memo did carpet clean for me about two weeks ago and I feel I owe him a review. When I first asked him about carpet cleaning my house, I was actually a little suspicious. His quote is the lowest, he is very easy to make an appointment (available on Sunday the week I asked), and he responded very quickly. However, there was only one review on this business, which made me wonder why. After he cleaned my three rooms, plus stairs and hallway (no extra charge), I was completed satisfied by the quality, the promptness and his punctuality.
