The owner, Alex, is a nice dude, but a poor communicator. My laptop was having crashes, and I…read moredropped it off in early June for troubleshooting/diagnosis. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

I had some rough ideas of the "feel" i was wanting but that was it. Anri took my "thoughts" and came up with some very creative ideas. It didn't take long for me to agree on one of his designs. I enjoyed collaborating with him. I felt like he totally listened to what I wanted and went to work on it. I felt so confident with him and in his abilities that I hired him to create and design my website. He was wonderful! Very creative, skillful and a joy to work with. I had set a target deadline and he worked diligently to meet it. My website came alive and I am very happy with the final result! I really missed working with him when the site was completed. He is hosting my site for the first year and I hope to have him hosting it for many years to come. I confidently give Anri and Anri Studio the highest recommendation one can give. He's that good!!

I felt that she took a personal interest in the project and on top of that gave us very good pricing for both her design services and the printed materials. Thank you!
