The experience I received then compared to the experience you'll receive now is still the same however night and day. The proprietor of the business Vivianna and her team takes you on a spa journey like no other. You're greeted with an aroma of eucalyptus as soon as you walk through the door as well of other scents which will peak your senses into a calming state of wellness's and wellbeing. This is also followed by a pleasant greeting from the front seat team. As you look around the spa it's beautifully decorated in its minimalist of calming color palettes that sends your inner soul dancing with excitement as to what you're about to embark upon. If you're doing skin care you're asked to remove your shoes and given booties to put on to further enhance your experience. I must say I was very impressed. The upstairs is for all that is cosmetic and yet that's not all. There's another spa treatment space downstairs for those that are looking for post op treatment from plastic surgery. There's a "Green" room equipped with a heated table and a stand alone tub to help soothe the extremities of post-op. Now I'm extremely impressed. Casa De Muñecas is a spa where You can get any and everything you need to enjoy a perfect spa day for yourself, your girlfriends, as well for us men. I myself have had 4 plastic surgeries and each time I went to Casa De Muñecas to receive their recovery massage treatment and therapy. Vivianna is very knowledgeable with all varieties and aspects of the skin, skin care, and post-op surgeries just to name a few Casa De Muñecas has to offer. I solely recommend you to got check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Check them out on Instagram @Plastymunecas.

My fiancé needs to loose a lot of belly weight, and I thought this could help. After he did the research he pulled the trigger, and called them to schedule the appointment. He purchased the large area, but he needed multiple section. Medspa honored the price on gilt when he arrived for the other sections. It's been almost 3 months, and I see a difference in him. The place is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming without being pretentious for the area which is nice. I've gone myself for a stimulator peel with Daniella. Very nice, and guided the whole way speaking just enough. :) she was also knowledgeable about skin, and what could be the next step for my skin care. I had wanted to do a acne laser, but after they pushed to see my skin they steered me away from that procedure, and recommended less invasive steps to reach my skin goals. I've been to other medical spas where they don't care and will take your money and give you the procedure, and send you on your way. I'm thankful this place isn't one of them.

I had scheduled an appointment with them and asked whether the visit would be free or if I decided not to proceed. They said they'd charge $199 for the consultation. I expressed my uncertainty about this and they assured me that they'd waive the fee but still charge me for a no-show, which is fair. However, when I was in an Uber to their office the next day, they messaged me to reschedule the appointment for the following day. I explained that I was already on my way, and their response was that they could accommodate me but the appointment would start 30 minutes late, allowing me only 20 minutes. I decided to cancel and asked for reimbursement of my $23 Uber fare since the change was made at such a short notice. They promptly texted back and said that they could suddenly see me right away.

I purchased a Groupon believing that I was buying Full Arms as a large treatment area - which is how the merchant themselves lists it on their own website. Instead, when I went to redeem, I was told that Half Arms is considered "large" under the Groupon deal, and Full Arms is "extra large". This is a direct contradiction between what's on Groupon and what the merchant promotes on their own site. That inconsistency is not just confusing, it's misleading - and it changes the actual value of what customers are paying for. I felt misled and disappointed when I realized the service I thought I was getting was not the one being honored. Transparency is essential, especially in the beauty and self-care industry. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business and encourage others to double-check directly with the merchant before purchasing. See attached screenshots for proof of the discrepancy. Update: After escalating my case with Groupon, a customer support supervisor personally reviewed the issue and issued me a full refund back to my original payment method. While I still feel the merchant's listing was misleading, and note that the merchant themselves was unhelpful and unresponsive throughout the process, I do want to acknowledge that Groupon's customer support team ultimately stepped in, took responsibility, and resolved this fairly. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making it right.

Initially, I didn't want to pay for treatments ahead of time but Roxana Kern was pushy, which is why I paid $800 cash upfront. In hindsight, I realize that my doubts have been justified. Never again will I prepay for any specials/promos! Once they take your money, it's OVER! NEVER any customers when we were there. Didn't see any scheduled appts in her schedule book either. These 5 star reviews seem to be written by the staff here. There's an English Bulldog in the office. I'm a HUGE animal lover. Before I came, I bought him 10 AUTHENTIC BEEF RIB BONES. Very expensive! I washed them very clean about 10 times, wrapped them carefully & kept them overnight in the fridge for freshness. Last time, I asked Kern if I can bring him bones and she said I can bring him "ANYTHING." He was even playing with a BONE last time we were there! So I brought the bones for the dog and Kern did not even look at them, just flicked her hand & condescendingly said "NO NO! Don't give them to him. He's ALLERGIC." Told me to throw them away! She did NOT even say a simple thank you after how thoughtful I have been. I told her I was happy to bring bones for her dog and traveled a LONG way, transferred 2 times on subway while holding the bag of heavy 10 BIG BONES just for her dog. I was surprised but calmly said, why don't you say thank you? Why tell me a different story because you never said he was allergic before. I was just being thoughtful... Suddenly, she started frowning at me condescendingly, rudely told me that I NEEDED BOTOX in between my eyes! I said I'm old and I do not have much wrinkle in between my eyes and I don't want botox. I called the front desk woman beforehand a few times last month and also this week and each time, she told me that there is a promo for new patients for 2 vials of Kybella with 1 FREE TOUCH UP 6 weeks later. That is ALL SHE SAID so when my daughter and I mentioned this to Kern when we saw her, she said there was NO such promotion and SCREAMED AT US! She also got in my DAUGHTER'S face up close as if she was about to HIT her, face red, eyes huge, & told her to SHUT UP! I was EXTREMELY shocked! Even animal mothers attack those who attack their babies. I was RIGHT THERE with my daughter in the same room but she dares SCREAMS at her to "SHUT UP?!" This is sign of a psychotic woman. How dare she yell at my baby? She even told ME to shut up several times! She ABUSED us. I said I want my money back and she said she WILL NOT give me my money back. In my HONEST OPINION, she acts like a psychotic nutcase. If you see her, you will notice that she does NOT look like she is in her right mind. Also, the dog barks SO loudly NONSTOP! She does not even put him away & lets him stay in the EXAM ROOM when we're there. That place is run amok! Extremely unprofessional, unsanitary to say the least. It is illegal to keep animals running around like this freely in a doctor's office with patient's around. The dog scratched my daughter & me a couple times, ripped my daughter's pants, but we didn't say anything. They need to be INVESTIGATED. I don't think Kern even has her doctor's license. She is a fraud. She does not know how to say 'thank you,' 'you're welcome,' 'please,'. This woman is ill-mannered and has NO class. I was very happy to bring the bones for the dog. No idea it would turn out like this. Now I cannot trust medspas anymore. It is so sad that some people like Kern cannot truly understand and appreciate people's good hearts & intentions. They are greedy & only care about money. SO dry, cold at heart. Now I understand why some people prefer animals over humans. The owner is WORSE than her dog. Honest opinion, she needs to shut down her office and get treatment for her mental problems. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Be careful of her! If you do happen to see her, write down EVERYTHING she says or record what she says because she WILL tell you a different story.
