I went ahead and booked with Arturo before day light savings for a day after at 4 p.m. He only works outdoors or in your home. Well we realized it would be a little too dark at 4. So rescheduled, that day didn't work out due to rain and rescheduled again on a Sunday. Except Mr. Vera didn't show or pick up his phone or try to contact me until the next day via safe mode, email. He sounds nice enough over the phone, but don't schedule on a Sunday as I am sure it interfered with some football game...that's just an assumption.
