I get nova lash eyelash extensions and sugar waxes regularly. She is always very gentle and professional. She is able to get every individual lash and I have tons! I never feel rushed at all. She informed me one the differences between the hair removal options she had and we went with the least painful. It was a lot easier on my sensitive skin than regular waxing! Anyway...I've been getting my lashes done by Kassandra for a few months now. Having lived in lots of different places, I can confidently say that Kassandra is literally the greatest of all time. She takes her time with every single lash. Her work is meticulous and clean. The true difference though lays in her attention to detail. She will not stop until her standards are met, and let me tell you, those are pretty high. She's also done my brows and she makes my sad wispy ones look pretty damn good. The space itself is gorgeous, modern and clean. Parking is kind of weird, just drive over the curb! *Update* Everyone that performed advanced services is gone now. They didn't even have the courtesy to reschedule my appt when my person left. Fortunately, she reached out to me and took care of me at her new location. They also never honored their "leave a review and get a discount" promo and sold me expired eyelash sealer. Shadyyyy.
