Christmas came early for me and something to be majorly thankful for Thanksgiving. iBoard Repair is a GODSEND!!! I thought I would never see my photos and videos ever again, but this repair shop rescued all of my contents on my old iPhone 6. Long story short, I went to the beach and I got hit by a huge wave. I fell and got submerged into the ocean's water and my iPhone 6 got soaked. After it was soaked, it turned off by itself. I did not have the tools to open it nor to take out the SIM card right away. When it was "off," it was heating up like crazy (due to a short circuit caused by the salt water intrusion). It was heating up, and then it stopped heating up. It was cold after that. A few hours later, I had someone to open my iPhone 6. He said that the motherboard/logic board looked really burned out. A few weeks later I went to a repair shop. I took it to ubreakifix because they initially did a screen repair which we have come to realize was not properly installed properly sealed.
