Half the lights didn't work they said they would replace them they never replace the lights I did that myself. I get the trailer to the lot after they do the walkthrough to find out that I have four water leaks that I had to fix immediately then they they have to come out and get the furnace because it's February people it's cold outside at that point so I have no furnace because they didn't check it out I don't have AC in the living room because the AC does not work. The second pull out for the bedroom does not pull all the way out the flooring is messed up so it will not pull out all the way mind you this is winter it's cold outside cuz I bought it in February so I have no furnace and I have no heat because the furnace is out. I called them and tell them about these things and they tried to fix the AC they had to take the furnace out and take it with them so they've had the furnace since February. I just wanted them to fix what was broken in the beginning nothing more well when they work when I left them take my trailer to go fix the AC in the living room cuz I'm paying half supposedly even though it was broke before I got it and put the furnace back in they were supposed to fix the floor in the pull out will they did the AC and they did the furnace but they did not complete the job so now I'm stuck with a pull out that doesn't pull out all the way mind you they fix the AC but they put it to a kill switch which is my main light source in the house but they use the forklift to put the AC up there it messed up the roof of my house so now my skylight does not have a piece of plastic over it like it's supposed to and then they they say they're gifting me the other half of the AC and never to call them again because they're not dealing with it it's my trailer deal with it and to have a blessed day and God bless me so if y'all want a good trailer do not go here to arvc because they're going to do you crappy they say they do one thing and they want to keep it godly and they don't. Good lord where to even start. First let me say as I write this review, the owner, Martin, has left…read moreus with a torn apart house we are trying to get on the market, a kitchen with no cabinets and has about $10,000 of our money we trusted him with and is no longer answering our calls or texts. He started over 4 months ago, said he would be done in a month and he has not finished ONE room. This is not just a one time incident, this dude has given us the run around from day one. He leaves for lunch saying "We will be back" and never shows back up. He told us he "hurt his back and was on medication" so we waited a month and finally had to call and see what was up... he answered (after about 2 days of me begging him to please let me know something) saying he would stop by (it was a Saturday) that day. Because our house has been in complete disarray for so long because of this man, we cancelled our plans for that night and waited. He never showed UNTIL the next morning - SUNDAY MORNING!(no call, no text to let us know he wasn't coming Saturday- he just came by banging on the door at 9am on Sunday) He came in looked around like he had forgotten what the place looked like and said he would be finished by next Friday. Well guess what?!? He never showed. Again. So here we go again with the texting and calling. Finally he does answer and texts me he had another job and would be by after he finishes this other job. And that brings us to today. He has not answered and I have to assume is just taking off with our $ now. Update- It has now been over 6 months and no word from this guy and he's changed his number. Not sure what to do...
