I found Peli's Fashion on Yelp and decided to try. I called and got a REALLY fair quote. I swung by to show her my sweater right away. Located in the pink and green plaza on Garvey Ave, I stepped into a crowded mom and pops clothing boutique and out she pops from the back area. Our exchange was short. While we were figuring out the pickup time (they close early on Saturdays and even earlier that particular Saturday), she just said "ok" and quietly went back to her work area and immediately worked on my sweater. She was very kind to prioritize me and completed everything within 10 min. I gave her extra as tip for not just fair pricing, but her kindness and professional work. These are the types of small businesses I'd like to support during the pandemic. Looking forward to my next alterations at Peli's Fashion!

The items you get from C crew are mostly very limited in stock so it is less likely to see these styles at elsewhere. C crew also sells beauty products, and recently added children items. If you are looking for Asian trendy clothes and don't want to shop online because sometimes sizes differs from U.S. size, you can try on clothes right at the store. Usually parking is quite easy.

They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!

There were a very interesting assortment of objects: beautiful fans, gorgeous cards and a lot of familiar Japonica (Daruma dolls, Maneki Nekos...etc.) They were definitely much higher in quality to what is sold in Little Tokyo gift shops. I bought a tiny book featuring cats in Edo-period Japan. The store owner was very kind and took good care of me, wrapping my purchase carefully. This looks like it could be a wonderful place for someone who wants to purchase a kimono. The number of silk samples and colors available seemed quite extensive. Since I was not in the market for one, I can't say much as to their affordability. But definitely worth a visit.
