This clothing store is similar to many Asian clothing shops that I have seen. I moved in Gardena this Old Town Gardena for about a little 1 year now. I enjoy popping in and out of this store about twice a month and I always seem to find something to buy that I like. Just like any store they always have some good deals. These last 3 weeks was the last time this store was open. Today July 30, 2024, is like the last day they will be open to the public for business. Another owner that owns the Antique store on this block greeted Ms.Kang telling her that it was nice having her here. They both said their goodbyes. For the short time I shopped here-everyone was nice. All the employees were nice & helpful. I will miss this store, having to walk across the street from my apartment. God Bless Jenny Kang.

This is something other stores definitely don't offer! What makes this place suck is the customer service. They follow you around, and when they finally offer you help the offer is so insincere that you would feel bad if you asked a question. This place has a one person at a time dressing room policy. Which is fine...if it was posted. My friend had tried on a dress and showed me. It looked nice I just went in there to try it on. As soon as I get it on one of the workers starts knocking like the police. She screams only "one person at a time!" She could have said: "excuse me but our policy is only one person at a time." Customer service is sometimes good, sometimes bad. The store needs to be more organized as some areas are dirty and scattered. My only pet peeve is that sometimes they check you out in a rush and you're barely making a payment and they're already calling the next guest to line up behind you.
