Never received a return phone call. It is now 8:18 PM. They have not shown up for their appointment. They were here two months ago to fix our icemaker and said they needed to order a part. A week ago we called the warranty company to ask them when they would be back out to fix the refrigerator. This company was sent via CHB for issues with our wall oven. They diagnosed the issue, found the problem, took the copay, and said they will order the parts. I got confirmation from CHB that repair has been approved and parts are on order. This was 2 weeks ago. I called Eyebee today to follow up on the parts, and get another response from CHB that appliance is working as intended, the tech says no service is needed. This is shady and this company is a scam. I requested dishwasher service from IB Solutions through Choice Home Warranty. My dishwasher was only partially cleaning the dishes and there was a foul odor after running the cycle. The technician came out and inspected the dishwasher. He determined that the thermostat was busted (this should be a common part for dishwashers). He pulled the part out of the dishwasher so it no longer works at all and left. I've been waiting for over a month and a half for him to return. They will not respond when I reach out to them and their service number is on the other side of the country. Eyebee was dispatched via Choice Home Warranty to repair our washer. The technician arrived on time, but that was his only positive trait. He spent almost an hour googling repair suggestions and watching YouTube videos, since he didn't know what to do. He removed the top of the washer and looked around before putting it back on. He showed me google results and said the issue was that we were using HE detergent (a requirement for front loaders). Did absolutely nothing to fix the issue (not draining). I waited 4 hours for nothing. I complained to Choice and they dispatched a replacement technician with an arrival window of 3-8 pm. Waited 5 hours for them and they never showed or even called. Terrible service. Incompetent staff. I asked Choice to use a different vendor and they are insisting on another service fee. I strongly recommend against using either company. read more

Do not use this company. This company was sent to me by Choice Home Warranty to fix an issue with my microwave. When they came out they said that there was an issue with the control panel. They had to get an authorization from Choice to replace it but when they came back out with the new control panel the issue wasn't there anymore so they didn't replace it. After a couple of days the issue returned and I contacted them and told them that and I was told 3 different times that they would come and check it out. Never showed up. I contacted Choice Home Warranty and they told me that the warranty had expired on that repair and I would have to start a new claim and pay a new service fee. IB Solution was assigned to me through Choice Home Warranty to repair my washer. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The technician visited 4-5 times over a period of more than 40 days and failed to repair the appliance. Each visit involved disassembling and reassembling the washer, including replacing the door lock and repeatedly removing the valve. Instead of fixing the issue, the washer's condition continued to worsen. During multiple visits, screws were broken or damaged, and the unit was left in worse condition than when service first began. After all these attempts, the washer remained completely non-functional. This experience reflects poor workmanship, lack of proper diagnosis, and unnecessary repeat visits. The technician Andrei was very nice, personable and friendly. The company that sets his schedule EYEBEE SOLUTIONS is terrible. The first visit for the initial call was toward the end of the time window given to us. Then a part was need and we had to wait for 5 days for another visit. That time window was 3:00-8:00, the technician was not here by 8:00 so I had to re-schedule. The next time I requested that we get scheduled toward the beginning of the time window, not the end. We are waiting for him to get here and our time window ended at 4:00PM and he said he would be here by 5:00 PM. Refrigerator stopped working. I used Choice Home warranty who scheduled them for Friday, June 19. They never showed up. When I called, I was told they were booked for the next day, Saturday. I suggested they start with me because they never called or showed up the day before. When they arrived, nice fellows, they never checked the motor, etc. in the back of the fridge and never said what the main problem was. They also wanted cash or a charge card. I was a little concerned, so wrote them a check made out to the Choice company as advised. The next work day, June 21st Choice warranty sent me an email saying the company had declined to return. I never heard of such a thing. Choice reassigned a new company who didn't come out until Wednesday June 24th. That young man tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator because the temps were good. I explained that I had been buying dry ice ()over $60 worth) to keep it cold. He finally pulled it out and started checking the motor, etc. Then without doing any further checking he pulled off the panel with the wiring, made a quick diagnosis by looking at something, and said it was an inverter and he would report it to Choice and order one once it was approved. The tech that arrived Monday 2/2/26 could not even speak English, & had to communicate with my husband using a translator app on his phone. He made sounds like the dishwasher would make to my husband as he was reading what the tech typed in app. It turned out to be the pump that was bad and it needed to be ordered. Then told my husband he will be back in 2 days. Thursday morning my husband called the business wanting to know when they would be back to fix a simple fix & if they received a common part. Instead of talking to my husband they began texting him telling him they had part but would not be able to repair dishwasher until Monday and for him to understand & be patient. My husband told them that was NOT acceptable and we were told 2 days. They argued back and forth with my husband through text messages. Friday afternoon the same tech arrived to repair dishwasher. Once he was done he just collected his things & walked out the front door not saying anything to either of us. My husband went over to dishwasher to run it to make sure was working properly & noticed the technician didn't screw the dishwasher back in properly, just leaving the screws on counter. Our washing machine was not working. I called the Choice home warranty. They sent a technician from Ib-Solutions Appliance Service. He told us that the problem is with the timer and the door switch not working properly. The Choice home warranty declined my claim based on technician report wording, which stated that timer and door switch are broken. Choice home warranty are assuming that it is a physical damage and not covering it. I called the Ib-solution customer service and I explained the problem and requested to talk to the technician. The lady was very rude and told me that the technician doesn't speak good English. She told me to call the Choice home warranty and hung up the phone on me. I think that Choice home warranty hired Ib-Solutions to decline the claims. These two companies are very bad. Request service for my whirlpool refer/freezer that is less than 7 years old. Freezer is not keeping food items cold and ice makert is not producing ice as it should, very slow. Ib-solutions came to check the problem the first time and took about one hour trying to determine the issue. Finally after cleaning some the service tech said should be good now and if the problem still occurs to call them back. This service was scheduled through my home warranty (Choice home warranty). So far the companies/vendors they hire to do the service is terrible. So I did need to call back ib solutions due to problem not being solved first time around. 2nd time same tech arrived to diagnose the problem again, and after going back and forth with his boss on the phone for about 20 minutes talking a foreign language (Russian I think) they determined that needs freon and something to do with the compressor. I really couldn't understand because of the language barrier. Long story short, they need to come back because they need to order freon, get that.?? Like there is no freon in Hawaii. I am really not happy with ib-solutions. Hard communicating with them too. Truefully I don't have too much confidence that the freon will solve the problem. I think there is a leak causing the freon to be low. I don't know how many more times this company is going to come to actually fix the problem. If you have a warranty through choice home warranty and put a claim in for service and ib-solutions is set for your appointment, don't it. Decline this vendor and request a different vendor. Ib-solutions has a lot of problems. I gave two stars because the tech was trying hard, but seem to not know too much of what he was doing. read more
