They were prompt, professional, friendly and meticulous. Ian made sure that it was moved without dings or scratches to any surfaces involved. Ian's mover Gabriel "Gabe" was strong able-bodied, clean hygiene and ready to make the move. The moving vehicle was new and spot clean! He and his coworker did a fine job expertly removing the washer/dryer from the wash room at my home and professionally shrink-wrapping, blanketing and delivering the units to Home Depot on sturdy dollies. Well first of all, Ian the Mover is a nice, thoughtful man. Easy to talk to, great and fast at communicating through email, and comfortable to be with. We had a large side by side fridge, in an old house with narrow doorways, that needed to go out, and another one the same size that had to come in. Ian showed up with a refrigerator dolly, drills and whatever tools he'd need to remove the doors on both fridges, because there was no way in or out without doing so. He got the old one out and the new one in, with all doors back installed in a an hour and twenty minutes. He asked for 70 bucks and I gave him 80. Ian told us that a refrigerator needs to be transported standing up, rather than lying down in the back of a truck, but I forgot to relay that to my buddy delivering it, so Ian instructed us to let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in. And now it's purring like a top. Now, if only I had some large items to be moved around, I'd get him back in here in a sec. Ian the Mover. Totally knows what he's doing. Holy Sh*t these movers are magic! We had two households moved into on 2bed (way too much stuff) and we were moving into a slightly smaller 2bed. These guys managed to Tetris all the furniture and boxes into one truck to make only one trip! They wrapped everything so quickly and got everything loaded and unloaded in 6hrs (30m drive time included) which sounds like a lot but for the amount of indoor and outdoor furniture and over 20full boxes of extremely heavy books and extremely fragile glassware- I was expecting so much more time. They were super quick with the unloading and even helped unload our cars full of random smaller items. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they were so kind throughout. If something wasn't marked they asked which room to put it in - which I appreciated so much Bc I'm Type A . I almost tried to make this move myself and I'm so glad I didn't. He arrived and had the item tripple wrapped. He used extra care moving the item and helped me set it up --I had to give him an extra tip.
