If you want a Dr office that is putting the patient first, will go the that extra yard for you…read morewithout nickel and dime the hell out of you. That will reach out to you when test results come in ,contact you to review test. THIS IS NOT THE DR OFFICE for you!!! What has happen to the medial profession? Its seems its all about the money and putting up as many obstacles as possible between you and the Doctor. I am at a loss..................... My Doctor when I was a younger man (retired) would take my blood ,do the physical. When the test came back he personally would call me to discuss results and give me advice or just to tell me everything looks good. If necessary he would schedule a follow up. Dr. Tucker had ordered test. It took me a few weeks to get the blood work done due to work. When results came in I had to google to figure out something was wrong. I tried to contact the DR to ask him about the test and his assistant schedules a virtual office visit that I had to pay for. The call was super short and not necessary. Medication was prescribed but issues with insurance company (this part not their fault) BUT there was Zero follow up at all. I had to the follow up multiple times Not once did I get to talk to the Dr about it. They resubmitted a different drug again but again there was an issue. I had to reach out to them again to find out the status and my issue has not been resolved nor have I heard anything from the office. Sad state of affairs. Open NOTE to all DR. Yes you should get paid for your services. Today's medical profession has been corrupted by the greed of big health groups forcing the doctors to join there groups and to maintain a quota. You are destroying the faith once held in this once noble profession. It should be easier to get a hold of someone and get a straight answer without all the barriers. You should contact patients with test results (especially if there is an issue) and not charge an office visit for something that is a two second call that ultimately the ball was dropped on in the first place. An open warning to Doctors. Artificial intelligence can already do the basics of your job. It can read test results , make a diagnosis from a database of symptoms and prescribe medicine using the available information from test. Basically what you do with the knowledge in your head but faster and more accurately. Some day in my life time this will happen. The only thing that will keep a General Practitioner in business would be the human factor. If you remove that? Trust me a computer can do your job better then you. Extremely Disappointed. JG
