My car experienced pretty immediate engine failure. I went back and forth with the dealership. I received initial responses such as "your warranty will cover it" etc. Unfortunately, I was without a car for months with no end in sight. The dealership couldn't get the parts. At that time, Enterprise stepped back in and took the car back. So for that, I maintain my 5 stars because they recognized the issue and made it right.

No tire, no wheel, zip. We never thought to look for the spare and neither did this shop. I don't get it. How to sell a car and an integral part that is a spare tire yet sell it and when the time comes (and thank God it wasn't on the highway) the owner calls and they say "oh well, that's a shame"! That is the response, and $2,000 later a spare and wheel are in the car no thanks to Diamond Motors. So beware if you buy a car from this place. Victorian Auto Sales refused to help me with repairs or the cost. Michael Hohl GMC in Carson City repaired and stated that after-market parts failed and Victorian Auto denied any knowledge of after-market parts, e.g. cams, lifters and push rods. I paid $9,500.00 out of pocket for repairs. Be very cautious purchasing from Victorian, would not recommend. My next step is filing a complaint with DMV.
