This place is the best! I had rear damage after backing into a fire hydrant that caused a good amount of damage. Not only were the fast, but they did such great work, you couldn't tell anything happened (which was what I wanted)! I would drop by the shop often to check on the work and the staff was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and were so professional and courteous. The owner is the greatest! This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF! He treated me and other customers that were there like family and really looked out for us. The staff looked very clean and handled the shop like they were proud of their craft. I felt 100% comfortable taking my car and family here and will continue to from now on! Thank you for the great work! read more

Quality service, great customer service, the team are very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend everyone to go there.

I-95 Collision is absolutely the BEST car repair body shop around. You should go to I95 Collision no matter what your insurance company suggests. I had the best results on my Subaru's bodywork. Tony and Chris are completely professional and keep you informed through every step of the process - in fact, that's what they tell you -- "it's a process." But luckily for me, the process took a lot less time than I had anticipated. These guys know what they're doing, and know how to work seamlessly with an insurance company, and they know how to put a car back together so it looks like new! I hope you don't have an accident, but if you do, get your car to I95 Collision! read more

My vehicle was stolen and found By police. I95 Collision Center towed my car to their yard. This was a totally new experience for me. Tony @ I95 Collision walked me thru the whole process with the insurance company. He stayed in contact with me and made sure I understood what my rights were. I am very grateful for all the help I received from Tony. Tow Companies seem to have a bad reputation but I95 destroyed that reputation and showed me there are some honest people in the business. read more

With all the storms we've had, there's been trees falling left& right, well lucky for me I was driving when a tree fell right onto my car... SCARY. Fortunately I was unharmed, my car however, exact opposite. A friend said to have it towed there, and I'm so happy I did. About 10k In damage, so you can imagine how much work had to be done to get it back. The car looks phenomenal and they kept me updated every step of the way. All the guys in there were extremely friendly and informative. I will absolutely continue to use them (hopefully no time soon ) & forward them along to other family and friends!! Highly recommend, you & your car will be taken care of. read more

I was driving from CT to Florida and broke down on i95 near Philadelphia. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend when not many places were open. I googled for information and found Roger. He came immediately to help me, along with his lovely wife. I cannot thank them enough, they went above and beyond to help me out, driving me to the parts store, calling in their mechanic, providing me with cold water and much needed comfort. It turned what could have been a nightmare into meeting 2 wonderful people and giving me faith in humanity. Great Karma Roger! P.S. Roger even texted me later on while I was on the road to see if I was OK. John read more

Where do I even begin? The crew at I95 Towing is unbelievable. My father was very badly injured in an accident and everyone from Roger - the driver to Chris and Tony were compassionate and understanding that his car remained at the tow yard until the insurance information was sorted out. They constantly asked about his condition and offered to help in any way possible that they could. It would be far-fetched to meet a nicer group of guys. I can not recommend this place enough. What honest, hardworking, kind people. Chris offered to try to contact the insurance company about totaling of the vehicle to help take some of the calls off my plate. Roger sent me images of my fathers car for documentation and Tony even stayed and was available off hours to allow me to get into the vehicle to clean it out. Every person who works here is A+. As a side note, they have all continued to ask about my dad. Says a lot about their character! They provide an excellent service. If I ever need a Collision Center or towing company again, I will use them. You should too - you won't find anyone better. Thanks again, all! read more

When my car was first towed to this shop, I was promised that they would provide the absolute best customer service and assured me that they would be as helpful as possible, considering that my car was completely damaged from an accident that was not my fault. They said that they are a local shop so having great customer service and care meant everything to them. They assured me that they would consistently keep me up-to-date about my vehicle. Everything was great at first. About 2 weeks went by and they told me that my car was fixable and they would call me the following Friday so that I could pick up my car. I decided to call the following Wednesday to check up on my car. I tried calling multiple times of the day and even left a voicemail hoping that someone would get back to me. I never received a call back. I just thought maybe they were busy. So I called the next day and still, nobody picked up. At this point, I felt a little suspicious. Their website says they are open every day except Sundays. I then tried calling using another number and they immediately answered my call. I was both frustrated and disappointed. I was running on a 30-day rental car & it was going to expire within 2 days. On top of that, I don't have my original car back nor do I have a check to purchase a new car. When they picked up my call, I asked what the status of my car was. They said that it was a total loss and they haven't sent out a report to my insurance company yet, which means they just left my car at their shop without telling me nor my insurance company that my car was a total loss. Every day that my car sat at their shop, they were making money. Due to their lack of care, communication, & commitment, I had to wait 2 more weeks for my car to be finalized. I absolutely don't recommend getting anything done here. Don't say you're going to do your best to provide "the absolute best customer service" & then start ignoring my calls. Dealing with i95 collision was an absolute waste of my time. I should have never trusted them with my car in the first place. read more

i met the owner of this business while visiting at the jersey shore and asked him to look at my car for body work..he did, gave me an estimate, told me he would have the car picked up and delivered and we chose a date. His shop manager called after i had called to find out what time they were picking up my car and apologized in that he had not gotten the message from the owner. We chose another date (today) and I did not hear from the shop at all and so I will go elsewhere....seth k. read more

Highly Recommend!!! The people at I-95 Collision Center are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I were traveling back home to Maryland when we ran into some issues with our car. We stopped at the closest place we could get to which was I-95 Collision Center. They immediately were able to identify the problem, but unfortunately they couldn't do the work because all the workers were gone. But they went above and beyond to get us home, by calling around to other local places that could help us. After a few calls he manage to get us in at another local shop that wasn't too far away. Although they couldn't do the work, there customer service was still awesome. I was so grateful and appreciative that we were brought to that shop because they got us back home. Even a few hours after leaving I-95 Collision Center the gentleman that worked at the front desk gave us a call to make sure we were ok and back on the road. I would 100% recommend this shop ...if you want great customer service, no haggling pricing, honest/professional people...you can't go wrong with them. read more

I had my car repaired here from a car accident I was in, in October I came to pick it up and it looks phenomenal. They even had my rental extended so it was an expense of my own and had it returned back for me so that I didn't have to stress about anything. They even cleaned the inside of my car. These guys exceeded my expectations. Not only did they fix the bumper well they gave me my car back as if I were just picking it up from the dealership! Thanks guys for making me stress less in regards to my car and taking care of me like I were family and my car as if it were your own. read more
