The price points were brushed by and I was told that the owner was working on some special prices for me. I stopped the training because I wanted to know the prices before wasting anyone's times with the training. I was then told that I couldn't take the document about the pricing home with me to think over my finances but that the owner would email me with a quote. I waited almost a week before finally hearing from the owner with the prices and he said that I had one day to decide. That's terribly unprofessional to know that this was the biggest area of contention for me and to wait almost a week to send me the prices and then tell me I have one day to think it over?! I did tell him that the prices were too much for a teacher and a student but that I was interested in their boot camp and its reasonable price and would like more information. It's been a month now and nothing again. Bad customer service is an indication that other areas of the organization may not be as they seem.

I always felt comfortable leaving my child there. I've recommend this place to many, many folks. The staff has changed a lot in the past couple years. I've had some experiences with the new staff which have been less than pleasant recently. I had to ask one of the ladies please at least say hello to my son before spouting rules with the expectation of difficult behavior before he even walks in the door. This staff member left my child in, unattended, time out for so long he picked apart the chair she had set him in while she was busy changing diapers and feeding the small ones. She made me pay for the chair. I asked how many children they had thay day. She said 15 with 2 adults who where attending children and one who was stuck at the desk checking people in and out. I should have never went back. But, we had such good experience for so long I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Another staff member in particular, has been rude and disrespectful to both me and my child on more than one occasion before today. I have also observed her yelling at other children from the desk where she takes an unnecessarily long amount of time to check parents out, leaving the children to do what they will. In my experience she has taken 10 or more minutes to check me out while small children are left unattended, only to be yelled out from outside the room to stop doing whatever dangerous thing they are about to do, jump from a high toy or pieces of future, tackle another child, ect. Today she called me to come pick up my son because he was wrestling with another boy and it got out of hand. She admitted she was at the desk while this incident occurred. She also let me know the only other staff members who was there with the, at least 12+ small children, had been busy changing diapers. When I told her I felt the establishment was under staffed and leaving my 6 year old alone with a pile of other children was inappropriate and dangerous she told me "well dont bring him back" then proceeded to YELL at me in front of the children telling me I need to "do some parenting". I believe this woman is ill equipped to work with the public at all let alone small children. She is slow and is in visibly poor health, and appears to be medicated, which understandably makes her grumpy, however the neglect of the children and borderline abusive behavior from this person is not understandable and will not be forgotten. I will not be using this server ever again and neither should you.

So, I found this drop off day care center across the street from Hanes mall which has really worked well for us. We've only used it twice (date nights for Valentine's day, and our anniversary), but we've been extremely pleased with the care our daughter has received. She has not cried either time when we dropped her off, which to me indicates that it is a very child friendly place where kids don't mind being. I'm not sure if it's busier during the earlier hours of the day, but when I dropped her off both times in the evening there were only a couple other children there. So, I decided to put some positive energy out there for this business so that more people use it, and so that (self-servingly), we can continue using it. This is a great place to use if: You work at or near the mall, and/or have a schedule that is not your typical 9:00-5:00, your regular day care is closed on a day that you still have to go to work, you want to run some errands around town and don't want to drag the kids along (I've decided that dragging kids around town borders on child and/or parent abuse depending on how you view the world), or you just want to go out to a nice restaurant with your significant other. The hours are: Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 10 PM Friday - Saturday 9 AM -12 PM The cost is: A one time registration fee of $20 $6/hour (very reasonable) Other info: There is no need to call ahead (but it might help the daycare if you do). I had to call the director, Heather Shaw, and ask why they were not checking on my child. he ate once. not because my son didn't want to eat. but that's all they fed him. he came home with deep bloody scratch and hoarse from crying for extended amounts of time. never ever send or reccomend this place. they are now ignoring me and what happened to my child. Not safe. Not honest. Not professional…read more If your child is getting hurt at daycare they will NOT tell you about it. They WILL NOT tell you if they are taking the children OUT of the building. I just happened to log into the app and saw that they were on a bus. My child is a runner and they are off of a busy main rd. The area is not gated for the bus. So for fun they took my kid out of the building, put her on a bus, and sent me pictures without my consent. They do not change diapers on the regular like they claim. After a month and a half, no one ever requested more diapers and only half of the pack had been used. They leave the doors to the classrooms open, so anyone's kid could run into other classrooms, down the hallway, and into the front lobby, and straight out the front door if they can push the button. You cannot see into my daughters classroom from the door. There's a piece of paper blocking the only tiny viewing window. They have cameras up front, but they won't show you any footage if you request it. My daughter is 2, nonverbal, and autistic. She is sensitive to sound and needs to wear her headphones in a loud classroom. Multiple times we found that her headphones would be off because the teacher CHOSE to remove her headphones at nap time but not offer them to her later. My daughter has no way to ask for them or retrieve them as they place the childrens things in bins on the wall that they cannot access. Despite being told about my daughters sensitivity to sound, at pick up we witnessed the teacher playing music so loud that adults could not hear each other talk. My daughter started having multiple meltdowns a day at home, she started hurting herself, she wouldnt eat or drink at daycare, and would shake/cry at drop off. We couldn't figure out why, and we're told "she's just getting used to daycare." After my daughter had her first meltdown IN class, the teacher seemed to "believe" us when we say she needs her devices. I asked to review the footage that led to her meltdown to see how we could prevent them from happening in the future. The footage was never shown to me and the teacher was let go. I WAS NOTIFIED IN THE APP. I found out with a new teacher that a little boy (who has been repeatedly hitting/kicking/pushing the other kids) had pushed my daughter OFF THE PLAYGROUND and knocked off her headphones. No one could tell me how many times it had happened. No disciplinary action was taken as I witnessed this behavior on the regular with the other kids at pick up. I truly believe this place has traumatized my daughter.

A week out they still couldn't price the project because the permit had not been completed yet (county's fault). A week after completion they called and left a voicemail advising me to take my washing machine off the septic system and to follow up. I call back and left a voicemail and they have yet to call me back over two weeks later. I had several friends recommend their services, but they will not be back to my house. They may be cheaper than other places, but you get what you pay for.
