Frank responded 24 hours later requesting additional information which I responded to in less than an hour and he never text back. That was Saturday, on Tuesday I text Frank for an update, it's now Wednesday and he's yet to respond. My quote is for a move that is literally less than a mile from Point A to Point B and other than steps leading to the threshold, it is a pretty uncomplicated move. At minimum, Frank should either respond with a quote, or inform me that he is not available. At this point, I'm done waiting. Here's your heads up people . . .
