Thankfully, the Genius Bar has a list of local computer techs who will go where no Apple has gone before (past its warranty) and Tech Hero was at the top of that list. Thankfully, I haven't had to go see them a whole bunch, but when I did, it was for cataclysmic stuff that went down at the most inopportune times. The gurus at Tech Hero were professional, courteous, knowledgable and fixed my rigs as right as rain. There's a $90 diagnostic fee that must be paid up front, but if you're like me and you're full of anxiety over yet another computer breakdown, that's a small price to pay especially when their success rate in solving my problems has been 100% so far. If you're in the Orlando area, I'd highly recommend these guys and their expertise.
