The food and portion sizes are great for the price you pay, especially in the location it is at. The food however, isn't all that good but it is worth at least. Not much service since it is pretty much self service. The customers for the place are mostly local workers. Not much to be said about ambiance.

Lo Mein Eggplant with Garlic Sauce Mapo Tofu Mala Chicken

It was completely empty in here when I went and I don't know why! There's a huge selection of dishes. I was originally planning to get the 3 item combo but I went with 4 because I was having trouble making a choice. The lo mein noodles were a little bland, but once they soaked up the remaining sauce from the entrees they were great. They weren't mushy like I was expecting and had a nice bite to them. The eggplant with garlic sauce was fantastic! Silky and luscious with well balanced seasoning and no bitter eggplant flavor. The mapo tofu wasn't very spicy but had sichuan peppercorn flavor and soft bouncy tofu. The mala chicken was my favorite dish! A very flavorful, slightly spicy sauce and tender white meat chicken. What a great meal! And for only $14! The guy behind the counter was very sweet and patient as I decided! I will definitely return here. A great affordable spot, but you will not be sacrificing flavor!

This is Panda Express but more authentic. If you want quick cheap Chinese food, this place does the trick. It is simple Chinese food that everyone loves and tastes great, especially for someone who's Chinese. The owners seemed to have built up great relationships with some regulars and the place is very clean. If you need a warm meal for cheap, this place does the trick!

I got it for Too Good To Go, which is great value ($8) but the food itself is pretty average. A good selection of food but by the end of the day it didn't taste too fresh.

Guy messed up, gave me less noodles and just one egg roll - I wouldn't recommend. Food is ok and you'll get a stomach ache.

Cheap and delicious! Wide range of choices and a more affordable version of Panda Express for the price and portion.

The spring salad was delicious, and the chicken lettuce cups were amazing -- definitely a standout. The rock shrimp was also delicious, and both the fried rice and lo mein were very good. I wasn't a big fan of the fried dumplings; they didn't have much flavor in my opinion. I also ordered the filet mignon -- it looked more well-done when it came out, but it was actually cooked perfectly medium to medium-plus. Overall, a great experience with a few highlights and only a small miss.

I loved the decor, lighting, furniture, and music. It's very spacious, and I really liked that they have separate areas for dining, large groups, and if you want do hookah. Our server was great and tried to accommodate as best as he could. We were very disappointed with the food. I was bummed they were out of the oxtail eggrolls. The items we ordered lacked flavor and just didn't hit. We ordered the chicken satay, the peanut sauce was a bit too thick and in our opinion didn't compliment the chicken and the chicken tasted pretty greasy. I ordered the shrimp dumplings and really enjoyed those. I also ordered the sea bass. It was a bit bland and the rice that was served on the side was hard. My cousin enjoyed the spice kung pao chicken. For drinks, we ordered the sidecar and lychee martini. I thought my drink was pretty good. If I'm ever in the area again, I think I would try it again just to see if I didn't choose the right options.

The interior setup was a bit different than my first experience, and I might've done a door dash pick-up last time. The space felt clean and easy to navigate. My walkin experience was straightforward for Sunday lunch hour. No wait times. You walk in, pick up a menu and a marker, circle your base, protein, sauces, add-ins, hand it to the server at the counter and voila, it's done. It was filling and tasty at the same time. I had chosen two sauces but felt my proteins were seasoned and flavorful on their own, that this could be entirely skipped. The menu eliminates the decision making of you standing on line, deciding what you want to include in your bowl.

The wood(?) straws are either too small for the bloated bubbles or immediately defeated when they clump together, so sipping becomes a full-body effort. As for the mochi donuts: one (the raspberry) was good. The other (biscoff) was impressively stale. 50/50 odds - not terrible, not great, definitely a gamble. I had been here before when it was clean, solid, and genuinely enjoyable, which makes this visit more disappointing. This time, our table had drops of tea on it, and the place was mostly empty aside from a group of very loud, older, regulars who seemed to think we were intruding on their personal hangout. Edit since I can't reply to the owner directly: when asked for a straw, this IS what the girl at the counter provided. She was also the one who told us to poke the holes in the lid and provided the skewers to do so.

It was cool that we got to control the music! The server was nice, she brought us cards to play at the table. We ordered two rounds of tea because the first one just wasn't enough. We wanted more drink and less ice. My friend got the mango milk tea twice. I had the thai tea the first round and brown sugar boba the next time. I liked the Thai tea a lot more than the other drink. We ordered the fried dumplings and vegetable spring rolls to start. We got the glass noodle soup and Thai fried rice with shrimp as our mains. We both wanted pad Thai but unfortunately that wasn't on the menu. I loved the rice actually, it was better than I expected. I would definitely like to see the place with a more lively atmosphere. Overall I would say everything was good, but not the best Thai we've ever had. I would say 3.5 and we'd like to come back to try more things.
