The customers had placed their leftover food into the containers after they finished eating. When the group decided they no longer wanted the containers, they left them with the employee. What happened next was extremely concerning. The employee took some of the food from those containers and placed it back onto the buffet line. I informed the employee that the food had already been handled and eaten from by customers and should not be returned to the buffet. The employee responded, "I looked at it, and it looked like they didn't touch it." I explained that it doesn't matter whether the food appeared untouched. Once food has been taken from the buffet and placed on a customer's table, it should never be returned to the serving area. Doing so is unsanitary and puts other diners at risk. Based on what I witnessed, I would not recommend eating here. This version strengthens the credibility of the review by focusing on the observed behavior and food-safety concern.
