I got 2 cauliflower and one steak taco for $15 because my colleague and I were the last customers of the day for them. The cauliflower taco had some sort of sweet red chili sauce which really balanced the entire taco. The size of the taco was also significantly larger than your average soft corn tortilla taco. Also got a steak roti taco, and it looked really tasty, but I didn't get to take a bite. My colleague ended up eating the whole thing without offering me even one bite. Since he literally inhaled the steak taco, I am assuming it was delicious.

The poutine was definitely not the best poutine I ever had and definitely not the worse. But the ranking of this poutine definitely came pretty close down at the bottom of my ranking. The fries were very tasty. Fried to perfection and it had a nice crispy to it. The cheese was the disappointment. They didn't use cheese curd. On top, the gravy was nothing special. On top, the poutine was somewhat cold. The jerk chicken was interesting. I thought I ordered Jamican food but it turned out something different. I was not sure if this was supposed to be a Korean dish or Jamican. Anyways, the dish itself was somewhat cold when I got it. The jerk chicken was somewhat dry. Strange was that it was served with kimchi, corn and some green drizzled on top was spicy mayo sauce. So I felt like it had a bit of Japanese, Jamican and a bit of Korean. I don't think the flavor went well together. They were somewhat skimpy on the jerk chicken. I was told by a colleague that their fusion tacos (instead of tortilla, they used roti) are really good. Maybe next time I try this food truck, I will get that instead. Anyways, I do not recommend getting the Jerk chicken here.

It was a happy alternative to the many BBQ trucks, and offered an appealing, multicultural menu. They describe their cuisine as "fusion." Truly, it is, as many of their dishes show imagination in the combination of food traditions. The food that I tried, and saw, from the food truck looked and smelled wonderful!! I had some bulgogi, which was so nicely done. Even given the confines of a food truck, they served it piping hot, so that the egg emulsified right away. During the Mississauga Waterfront Festival, I had the pleasure of meeting Leo and the team after being extremely intrigued by the name 'ribbon fries' - I was NOT disappointed. They are like the tornado potato fries (which they also offer) but they are not on a stick, and on a plate, they look simply delicious. Seriously, we had the plate on our table for less than a minute before a passerby demanded to know what it was and went to order it right away. I bit into it, expecting it to taste like regular ol' chippy things, but to my delight, these were the freshest potatoes EVER! They were also perfectly salted. Omnomnom. The truck is a bit plain and could definitely use better marketing to sell these amazing fries and poutines. I think they're thinking of revamping it to draw in da crowdz - he also recently got a new TV that broadcasts pics of the food offered! Steppin' up the game! The food offerings here were not your over the top stereotypical food truck eats, instead they focused on doing classic menu items (hamburgers, sausages, hot dogs, fries, poutine, etc) I was only looking for a snack and when I walked up so when I asked for their personal recommendations they suggested that I go with their poutine. The portion of poutine was massive and the cheese curds were perfectly mixed throughout (which is actually an accomplishment since so many places just top their fries with cheese). The best was the gravy; hot, thick (without lump) and a great salty flavour! We had the food truck at my wife's 50th Birthday Party, and I tell you there is no so such experience. Maryam and her husband are the greatest, and will do whatever, to make sure there are smiles everywhere. We do a lot of entertaining, and Italians eat well. but i have to say these guys topped it!! I received unbelievable compliments, thumbs up from everyone, adults and kids, and our friends still talk about the burgers, and poutines till this day. I had been recommended the beef poutine but actually it didn't go well with the burger, since the beef was chopped up burger patty, so it was the same as the burger. The burger had fresh tasting toppings & patty. The poutine was a good size for one person, but the curds didn't squeak, the fries were not crispy despite being fresh (they were like home fries in the form of French fries). The gravy was good though & the beef was quite tasty. There's no option to upgrade the fries in your combo to a poutine. But basically the combo gives you a free drink anyway.

Sometimes driving 20-30 minutes out of my way to grab a bite. The Mr Blonde is my favourite. But the peachy blonde and the one with the chorizo are awesome too. They even make Brussel sprouts delicious! I have never once been disappointed in a trip to their Food Truck.
