I came here spontaneously with a friend to try various snacks in Kensington market. I love churros and their churros are AMAZING. I just had caramel sauce in all 3 because it's phenomenal. I didn't even bother trying the other flavours, but they had a strawberry, chocolate and condense milk. I'll try those next time. They're the same as the "I love churros" truck by the waterfront, but at the waterfront its 2 for 5$ but here its 3 for 5$. Highly recommend their churros if you want a crispy, chewy, sweet, warm and gooey treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. Because of this place, my new favourite sweet is no longer cookies, but churros.

Second time I've been here and I love these churros. Literally crave them for months after having one. Nestled in Kensington, ON in the front of a nook of other small mexican taco shops is this gem of a place. About less than a mile walk from Dundas square and worth every step. The churros are really hot out of the fryer and can be filled with one of 4 choices:strawberry, chocolate, condense milk, caramel. You can buy them in variations of three (3 for $) or (9 for $) or singular. Be careful to not let your fillings fall out the other side of the churro! Check out seven lives tacos for lunch and then stop in for some churros for dessert! You can thank me later

Experiential | Good Location | Made to Order I've always been a fan of churros because they are notoriously made to order. Pancho's is no exception! This is a popular location connected to or close the Purple Elephant Shop (if I'm not mistaken). Kensington is a block meant for walking and browsing so churros are the perfect hand held snack. They're standardly priced at $5 for 3 churros. I believe this includes the fillings I'd you'd like. They're coated in cinnamon sugar and are hot and crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Not a fussy dessert at all, just a nice treat especially on a cold day. They offer savour snacks and other desserts as well but I'd say they're most well known for their churros.

I tried the dulce de leche churros it tasted okay but it was too dense, it was crispy had good amount of cinnamon sugar, but probably won't come back here, the price is not bad just a heads up they put the sauce inside the churro so bring a plate lol, this is good for a one time only experience I don't think I'll come back here again but it's not a bad churro

    Horchata and churros- Mexican treats

Just had to have the churros and warm horchata in Kensington Market. Heard so much about it- it was a treat. Cinnamonny and crispy and sweet. We enjoyed them plain. No need to add the condensed milk flavored creams to them. Horchata a Mexican beverage, made with rice, cinnamon and sugar when heated up makes a satisfying drink on a freezing cold day (an alternative to hot cocoa). Pancho's lived up to its reputation. The best surprise was a Salvadoran vendor selling pupusas in back of Pancho's shop. From his little stand, he cranked our yummy cheese pupusas. We did not try the ones filled with meat. I'm sure those would be very good too.

While walking through the Kensington Market we can across a huge line of people holding churros. Naturally I could not walk on know that there were delicious churros in close by. Did what any sane yelper would do, and got in line. The space is a cohort of 4 food stations where you can purchase food, but there was only time for churros today. They did smell good though. I was blown away by the churros. Thee perfect amount of crispness. There also the option to add flavors (Strawberry, Chocolate, Caramel, and plain). My personal favorite was Strawberry, and if I had a time machine I would go back to purchase 6. They were pretty inexpensive plus they were worth the wait. If your taking a stroll around I highly recommend you stop in.

Hole in the wall place that serves up some of the most delicious churros. I tried the plain, chocolate, and dulce de leche churros, my favorite was the dulce de leche but all were fantastic. These churros are way better than Costco's. The neighborhood is super unique and artsy, it does feel slightly sketchy to walk around by yourself at night but is fairly safe. I would definitely come back to this neighborhood again for some churros and to try some other restaurants.

I've been in Toronto for a week and I've spent a night or two trying to find good churros. Most of them were alright but this was by far the better one. I can't say it's the best one I have ever had but it's very close. Even if it was delivered via door dash. It was super delicious and I would recommend this business to anyone for sure.

When I have a craving for Churros that's it, I need to have them immediately. The closest location was Pancho's and I was excited. I ordered 3 Churros with caramel and I took a big bite - goddamit! It was so HOT! Freshly made, it was cooked to perfection but a little too doughy in my opinion. I also wish there was waaaayyy more caramel. Keep Eating, Angela

I ate two already!! Sooooo good!!

That's amazing; I love meeting hard working and ambitious individuals like this! During the Mississauga Waterfront Festival, I had the pleasure of meeting Leo and the team after being extremely intrigued by the name 'ribbon fries' - I was NOT disappointed. They are like the tornado potato fries (which they also offer) but they are not on a stick, and on a plate, they look simply delicious. Seriously, we had the plate on our table for less than a minute before a passerby demanded to know what it was and went to order it right away. I bit into it, expecting it to taste like regular ol' chippy things, but to my delight, these were the freshest potatoes EVER! They were also perfectly salted. Omnomnom. The truck is a bit plain and could definitely use better marketing to sell these amazing fries and poutines. I think they're thinking of revamping it to draw in da crowdz - he also recently got a new TV that broadcasts pics of the food offered! Steppin' up the game! Definitely hit this truck up if you happen to spot it at a festival!

The husband and wife team manning the truck were so adorable and so friendly, I felt like I was family! The food offerings here were not your over the top stereotypical food truck eats, instead they focused on doing classic menu items (hamburgers, sausages, hot dogs, fries, poutine, etc) I was only looking for a snack and when I walked up so when I asked for their personal recommendations they suggested that I go with their poutine. The portion of poutine was massive and the cheese curds were perfectly mixed throughout (which is actually an accomplishment since so many places just top their fries with cheese). The best was the gravy; hot, thick (without lump) and a great salty flavour! IT's hard to know where I'll bump into these guys again but I'm interested to try their other offerings next time I see them Eatcrest Out

The water stations provided by the event host had a long line and not wanting to wait I decided to purchase a few water bottles for my friends and I because we were all very dehydrated. I went to this food truck because it had the shortest line. And of course there was a reason why. When it came to my turn to order, I asked for 3 bottles of water. The employee was very rude and said "you want water you have to buy food. No food, no water" I asked why can't I just buy the bottle waters and he said "Water is for customers only, if you're not ordering, leave" But if I'm buying water at $5.50 does that not make me a customer? I'm still spending money at the business and paying $5.50 for 1 bottle of water!! Being desperate, I order 2 tacos for $12.42, and asked for 3 waters. Again, the employee so rudely said "Only 1 bottle, if you want more you have to order more tacos" .. I was in disbelief. I paid $17.92 for 2 crappy and dried, barely any sauce chicken tacos.. all for 1 bottle of water. Had the food tasted better, maybe I wouldn't be as upset. But chewing the chicken was like rubbing sand against my mouth. I am telling this story not because I want to damage the business by any means, I like supporting small businesses when I can, but when a business is not honest, ethical or morally right I feel like I should speak up. Needless to say, I will not support this business and do not recommend anyone to support such an inhumane and unethical business. I have attached photos of how they responded to my Facebook review. As you can see it doesn't really make sense that they only had 2 cases of water. This was simply just a money grab opportunity.
