I was told that I was discharged from the clinic due to a negative drug test. first and foremost I don't do any drugs and what I couldn't figure out is why the clinic kept giving me the runaround when I kept asking them. Why and what was the reason I was discharged from the clinic no lab no letters. no phone call to communication is awful.. The Office was very busy. I don't understand why my results came back positive. I don't do drugs and I don't appreciate being accused of doing hard drugs. Very unprofessional facility I would give them a -0.

I highly recommend Benchmark after having the worst PT experience from one of their competitors…read more I was professionally evaluated day 1, diagnosed and then we started my treatment plan. My second session I had an awesome PT but my life changed after my third session. I had Shannon and I only schedule with Shannon. She's only 5' but has the strength of someone 7'. I had been suffering with intense pain from piriformis syndrome that prevented me from sleeping or standing for prolonged periods of time without pain meds. After my 5th session of PT, I no longer need pain meds and I sleep like a baby. My PT sessions include Shannon doing a deep tissue elbow message on my piriformis muscle, various stretching exercises, manually move my limbs and educating me on what we are doing and why we are doing it. My range of motion has increased and I don't have the excruciating pain that I did for months. Benchmark is wonderful but Shannon is the best!!
