That was fine as I did not mind waiting because I know appointments sometimes tend to run longer than intended. The lady from the back came, barely acknowledged me and was speaking to the guy in the front. She took me to one of the rooms for my massage and asked once more if I wanted a 50 minutes massage which would be a man or a 60 minute massage which would be a lady. I told them I don't mind who ever services me as long as it is 60 minutes but I would prefer a female. She said okay and just left me in the room with the door closed. No instructions were given on what I needed to do next and I was waiting in that room for more than 30 minutes....no one came to check up on me, tell me how long I had to wait, there was a langue barrier as I am not sure they both understood what I was saying behave I for sure could not understand what they were telling me for the most part. The massage bed sheet has some stains on it, the little tiny square sheet cover was over used, wrinkled, and had holes. Long story short, I gotta things and left.
