The sales conversation sounded confident and professional -- lots of big talk and "we've got you covered." Unfortunately, the results did not match what was promised. The swale was not done correctly. The grading/slope did not function as it should and was crumbling since day one, and the finished work looked rushed and sloppy. I have photo evidence showing the issue clearly. Spoke with Craig he came out and looked at it and agreed to redo to swale and that he would be back. When I reached out to Craig to fix it and redo the swale properly, after the first no show I didn't get solutions I got excuses. After multiple attempts to get him back out to correct his own work, communication became inconsistent and eventually he stopped responding entirely. He never came back to redo the job. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish: - Craftsmanship was poor - Work was not completed correctly - No accountability - Unprofessional follow-up - Ghosted after I requested the fix I'm leaving this review to warn others: get everything in writing, don't rely on promises, and don't assume they'll stand behind their work once payment is made. I regret choosing Krypto Blast and would not recommend them based on my experience.

Work was average at best and somewhat sloppy. The sealcoating was applied so quickly and thinly it almost looked like paint. It didn't fill in cracks at all and it didn't last. I had to have it redone a few months later. The only reason I had him do the work in the first place is because he was the only company that would make the repairs, as opposed to replacing the drive. Offered to send someone over that same moment without hesitation for a small additional fee. I was worried but not $125 extra worried. So I decided to wait until daylight to have them come. I got a 9am appointment with a promise that they would call 30 minutes prior. And wouldn't you know it, I got a call from Avi at 8:30 on the dot telling me he would be there in 30 minutes which he most certainly did. He showed up and in no time assessed the situation and went right to work my springs and cables broke. He dove right in and fixed everything after giving me 3 options repair, replace parts or replace door with a free opener as well. Financially I couldn't do the replacement at this time so I decided to go with option 2. He fixed everything and adjusted my old opener and lined everything. I was pretty embarrassed by my garages current state, I had my project truck and a whole bunch of other crap in there and was afraid that I would have to move everything out. He without batting an eye worked around all the junk. I would definitely call this team my heroes and will be only dealing with them when it comes time to replace my door. I also received a military discount and 2 year warranty. I am incredibly impressed by the high level of professionalism that this company displayed and the communication was at a high level.
