He was very respectful, thorough and provided excellent service. He explained the issues and how he was going to do to resolve them. I needed two GFCI outlets put in, two outlets needed reserve of polarity corrected. Jean was amazing. Super personable, apologized he was a few minutes late (but still within the window of time they gave me) because he had what seemed like a small job become a huge job right before me and explained everything he was doing for me as he installed three dimmers (and replaced a loose fuse.
