I read other peoples reviews of A-Z and decided to ask them to fix my really old garage door that had fallen off its track and had multiple other problems. Not only did Willie down sell me, saying I didn't need to replace both tracks but he fixed the springs, the motor, made it wi-fi compatible, replaced the safety cut out laser/light thingy very quickly, for a reasonable price. (PS...compare this to an Air Conditioning company who came last week who had to borrow my ladders, tape measure, asked me for batteries for their tools and then left with the heat not working and the air no colder than before they came). read more

Fantastic company! Honest and fair. I actually got a nicer door for the same price due to a special order cancellation. Highly recommend Willy and his crew! read more

A-Z Garage Doors & More is prompt, professional, and honest - can't ask for much more than that! I would certainly recommend to anyone needing service or a new garage door. read more

Great service. Willie is the best and very appropriately priced. He was quick to respond, gave me a fair quote and never tried to sell me on something I didn't need, in fact, he talked me out of going with a more expensive item that I really didn't need for what I wanted to do. read more

Had Willie come out for our door. Very prompt, honest and helpful. Diagnosed the issue, presented options and followed through on the follow up appointment. Highly recommend his service. read more

I hit the button to open the garage door and it only went up an inch or two. I tried for a while to kept the door up to no avail. Of course I was headed out the door to take my toddler to a class. We were stuck. I looked on Yelp and found A-Z was close by and had good reviews. I called and left a voicemail at 10am. Willie called back 15 min later. Willie is very professional and friendly. He had me describe the problem and send him a picture. He said it sounded like the springs had broken. He told me exactly how much it'd cost for parts and labor ($200). He came over several hours later, same day service! It took him about 30 minutes, including time for us to chat. If you have a garage door problem or need a new door, I highly recommend calling Willie at A-Z. He lives right in Coral Springs and serves Broward. Also, the springs come with a 5-year warranty! read more

I had called another company before calling A-Z Garage doors and I had to wait 3 days to have the door fixed.I really didn't want to wait that long so I called Willy at 9am in the morning and at 4pm my door was already fixed. He gave me a waiting period of 1 hour and he showed up right on time. He took the time to explain what was wrong with the door and what part he had to replace in order to fix it. He also showed me how to test the garage door to know if it's working properly. He said that my door shouldn't break again in a long time (many years) but I will definitely wouldn't hire any other company to fix it. read more

We had a brand new garage door installed in February by another company ( not A-Z) after calling repeated times and not getting anyone to answer , we found that the company had closed their doors . I afound A-Z on Google , called , answered right away , scheduled and he was at my home shortly after . Repaired and charged me a repair fee only --- not the $175 service (just to come and diagnose the issue like other companies . Willie also went the extra step to oil the tracks on garage door . Very professional and honest company , I would recommend home anytime ! read more

I recently had a new impact garage door installed by A-Z Garage Doors, and I cannot rate them highly enough (seriously, why can't I choose 6 stars!?). Willie, the business owner, responded to my quote request the same day, was the lowest quote by over $100, and didn't charge me extra to pull a permit. The reason I mention the permitting is because all three of the other companies I contacted wanted either a $300 "permit processing" fee, or tried to convince me that permits weren't necessary, despite my desire to have one pulled. Within a week of agreeing to the quote, Willie had pulled the permit for my door, and the very next day it was installed. His employees did a fantastic job of installing the door and Willie was continuously in contact with me to ensure the process went smooth. I would recommend them 100% if you are looking for a quality job, with great customer service at a reasonable price. read more

Fast service, job well done. I was in desperate need of replacing a broken torsion spring so I could get my garage door open and did not know who to call. So I went to Yelp to find a suggestion. A-Z had great reviews so I made the call. Willie answered and worked around his currently scheduled appointments, to help me out. He was at my house and gone in just about an hour, with my garage door back up and running. He was professional, sincere when answering the few questions I had about the installation, and made my wife and I comfortable that we were making the right decision when calling him. Don't hesitate to call this company if you should need help with your garage door. Thanks again Willie for your prompt help at the last minute, and working around your busy schedule to fit me in! read more

I found A-Z on Google, not many reviews on Yelp for this type of service. We are very pleased with the service. I called at 1030AM and Willie said he could be in Coral Springs about 2 hours later. He was here at noon and was able to repair my garage door in no time. My husbands truck was wedged in the garage and WIllie was able to work around it, I mean climb over it to complete the repair. I recommend to all seeking garage service! read more

First of all, Willie was a professional. He called be back promptly. He arrived on the scene within 2 hours of my first phone call. He was extremely nice. And he did a great job on my garage doors. I won't call any other service from this point on. read more

We purchased a garage door, an opener, and a keypad from Willie about 10 months ago. He was very responsive, gave us a great price, and a great product. He took care of the permit paperwork and scheduled the inspection for us. The door and motor are super quiet. We also got the opener with the iPhone app that lets you open and close the door from your phone. It also tells you when the door is opened and closed. My husband and I were and continue to be completely satisfied with our new garage door and opener. I would recommend Willie to anyone looking for excellent service with a great product at a very reasonable price. read more

I hired Willie to replace my garage door and motor last fall. He came over on short notice, and provided a complete estimate. He then worked with the city to obtain all required permits. The installation was very professional. He took the time to explain the new system. The city inspection was a slam dunk. A few months later, through our own fault, the laser safety was knocked out of alignment. Of course, we had trouble with the door because the safety was doing exactly what it is supposed to do . We called Willie, and he stopped by and fixed / explained the problem the following morning. I felt bad wasting his time, yet he was very fair in what he charged us. Willie is a reliable professional. I recommend his service highly. read more

Willie is the best; honest, personable, and very reasonable. He won't nickel and dime anyone. Whether you're a new customer or referral, he gives the same honest deal. That is rare in today's business. A-Z and Willie get 10 stars in my book. Oh, and did I mention that I called him at 730am and he arrived two hours later to complete the job! Thank you!!! They did a great job below everyone else,Always answer the phone, quality work, trustworthy, and honest, I highly recommend

Honest, reliable, and professional! Did I mention HONEST! We were dreading getting our garage door fixed since we're planning a wedding & didn't need the added expense, but once it stopped working fully we couldn't prolong it any longer. When you have a baby, parking in the garage is a must! So I started shopping around and A-Z Garage Doors came highly recommended by my brother's neighbor. We decided to use their services & couldn't be more happy with our choice. They worked around my schedule and were very patient the day of the consultation being that I had the baby (who is teething). We were given a couple of options, not once were they pushy. We went with the most cost effective option for us right now, knowing that later, in maybe a year or two we will have to invest in buying a new door. We are okay with that & when the time comes we will call A-Z again. Highly recommend! Thanks Willie for squeezing us in last minute. We appreciate your honesty & are happy you were able to get the door up & running quickly. read more

Can't say enough positive things about Willie and the repair he did on our 30+ year old single garage door (manually operated, no electric opener). It went off track for the 2nd time in a month (first repair for a "reset" was with another company - Not A-Z / Willie, and the experience was awful - that company did not fix the underlying problem and rushed to do a half-assed job in 15 minutes, get paid, and get out - when called back two weeks later they said there was no warranty for the work done a few weeks earlier and would not even consider waiving the service call fee to look at it). In contrast to that crappy service, Willie came out promptly and actually evaluated the weight load the door was carrying and determined the spring was an inappropriate size and real the cause of the problem. He made the appropriate repairs and services all of the parts of the door for a very fair price (everybody is having some type of issue in our COVID world and my husband is recovering from major surgery). The door now glides effortlessly and quietly at the touch of a few fingers. For sure when the garage door needs to be replaced or ever repaired in the future we will certainly call Willie and A-Z! read more

Contacted me within an hour of me sending him a quote request. Was at my home the next day and gave me a quote. I was provided with a very fair quote and decided to use them. He came out the day after giving me my quote. Worked quickly and efficiently and did not leave a mess. My garage door is up and running like new. read more

My garage door opener stopped working and I called Willie at A-Z Garage Doors. He came to my house in Oakland Park and explained exactly what I needed. Two days later he installed a brand new opener, fixed the spring and added a key pad. Everything was reasonably priced and Willie did a very professional job. If you have any concerns with your garage door, I definitely recommend you call Willie. He will get the job done! read more

Willie is probably the most reliable business man we have dealt with in Coral Springs. His price beat all of the other quotes , and his product was exactly what we wanted. He showed up when he said he would and finished the job in one day. He took his time to walk us through the the wifi set up from start to finish. I would give him 6 stars! read more

Wow! Talk about service! Willie answered all my questions about my specific needs, arrived on time, installed the new garage door opener and even programmed my phone to send alerts when the door opened/closed. I cannot say enough about Willie and the service he performed. I wish I had 10 more garages, I would hire Willie each and every time. Oh, did I mention the price was beyond fair? read more

This company provided us a great product at a great price. Willie was very helpful in selecting the right Hurricane Grade door for our home. He was very upfront and honest about everything involved and his pricing was very fair amongst all the other companies we had received quotes from.
