Being an avid RV owner, I had camping chairs(2) tub style, 75' #10 wire cable, appropriate connectors for various parks across the country, 50amp, 30amp, 110v adapters, tool box with tools and electrical tester, 5 ton barrel jack, charger for E-bike(French made) had a hell of a time and expense getting a replacement. BBQ, drawer full of silverware and usual utensils. Dishes and pi s and pans all from Costco and it great shape. Tow ball for the insert. All of which I was told were not camping related. It Sat in their lot for 3 months and they told me I needed a new roof for $10k. I had a new roof put on the year before. I'm an old guy and old guys take care of their stuff and usually have everything they need before they pull out of the driveway. Really sad and disappointed in Pierce for being so dishonest. I have never heard a word from them after discussing this issue with the idiot I talked with. Needless to say, you have been warned.

I called him and explained where we were and he fit us in his tremendous busy schedule, he fit us in and fixed our generator in about an hour. OMG this is such a weight off our shoulders because traveling from Montana too Texas, roads may be a mess and we didn't want to be stuck with no generator on the road again..!!!! We had an RV that needed some complicated repairs/replacement to our solar system so we ended up spending a good amount of time here at Metra while our RV was being worked on. Absolutely everyone from every department was so kind and accommodating to us and our dog that it was actually a bit sad when it came time to leave our new Metra family. As nice as it is to have a friendly RV service center what owners really care about is the quality of the work being performed. Once again I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service that we received. Blake has to be the most knowledgeable RV repair people that we have encountered, and, just like all the other people at Metra, he is super nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything that was done in terms that we could actually understand. Blake also had the foresight to build in a circuit breaker so that we would not have to climb under our low clearance rig to have to find the very elusive solar fuse. I contacted Metra RV to get help and guidance on what I needed to do because this was a manufacturers defect. Immediately Metra RV was accusatory to my installer and to me. Not once did I place blame on Metra rv and I knew that this was going to be a manufacturers defect but instead of working with me at the beginning , It was, how can we not help and put blame on everybody else? I had to tell them That this is manufacturer defect but they way they are coming off it feels as if it's me against Metra, but it should be me and metra against the manufacture. They have contacted the manufacturer for me, so I'm hoping I can get this issue resolved, and they have apologize for the way they came off in the beginning, but it wasn't apology That didn't feel sincere. And the whole conversation was still how can we get out of this and not help and push her onto someone else? Reed even decided to refer to me as a kid saying "sorry kid". I have a soft voice but I am not a kid I thought that Metra RV was good at first and of course they are always good whenever you are paying money but as soon as something goes wrong, they want to be completely hands off. Please save yourself the trouble in case you have any issues with your parts and use a different RV dealership. I feel like we would've been better off, ordering our New AC unit from camping world or even online at Amazon. I don't trust any other mechanic in town. You can trust that whatever he says is honest. I had Toyota tell me I needed $1200 of work for my head gasket, but I scheduled it with him and he called me to say I didn't need the work done at all--saying a car the age of mine just has some oil leaking but it was minor. I had the car another 8 years, and the only thing ever needing replacing was the starter which James did. I hope he never retires, I can't imagine trusting anyone else working on my car as much as I trust him. I know that if he says I need something done, I need it. On top of that, his prices are always very fair.

Camping World in Billings saved us! We had a plumbing emergency hundreds of miles from home, and…read morethousands of miles from our destination. Our shower control broke and was shooting water into the shower non-stop, preventing us from using any water at all. They were able to work us into one of the bays inbetween other service appointments, fix our rig, and get us back on the road a few hours later. Everyone was super nice, we had complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and popcorn. Give them a call if you need any work done on your rig.
