Being an avid RV owner, I had camping chairs(2) tub style, 75' #10 wire cable, appropriate connectors for various parks across the country, 50amp, 30amp, 110v adapters, tool box with tools and electrical tester, 5 ton barrel jack, charger for E-bike(French made) had a hell of a time and expense getting a replacement. BBQ, drawer full of silverware and usual utensils. Dishes and pi s and pans all from Costco and it great shape. Tow ball for the insert. All of which I was told were not camping related. It Sat in their lot for 3 months and they told me I needed a new roof for $10k. I had a new roof put on the year before. I'm an old guy and old guys take care of their stuff and usually have everything they need before they pull out of the driveway. Really sad and disappointed in Pierce for being so dishonest. I have never heard a word from them after discussing this issue with the idiot I talked with. Needless to say, you have been warned.

I took my Class A motorhome in to have the roof seal and coated. They set up an appointment for me the following week. I took the motorhome in to have it done. there was confusion when I got there to what I wanted done. I had to explained I had talk with their representative the week before and explained the service I wanted. They kept it over night and DID NOT do what I wanted. They had washed the roof and sealed cracks that I had already done the week before and DID NOT the apply the roof coating because they did not have it in stock??? When I picked my motorhome up the sides were filthy from washing my roof. I had washed and waxed it two weeks prior and I was told I would have to bring it back to get the roof done. The photo shows the terrible job they did by not washing off the sides after the roof. Plus they were going to charge me double the cost of the product for the roof. I wouldn't recommend them for anything knowing they couldn't fix a broken light bulb. Didn't take t back Camping World is the place to go.

One year later we realized that we made a huge mistake, because our fifth-wheel developed frame issues and was going to cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. The manufacturer refused to stand by their product - but Big Sky RV stood up for us. They offered us a few options, one of which was to get a new trailer at a deep discount and taking our broken one in trade. They recommend the brand we have now. We love our new fifth-wheel and have had very few problems with it. When we do Kelsie and the rest of the staff have done their best to fix the problem or find a solution that hasn't cost us an arm and a leg. We live in our fifth-wheel full time and are on a fixed income so all their help is greatly appreciated. If you are in the market for an RV or need to service yours, I recommend you check them out.

All estimates were conducted via virtual meetings and communications were text and email. They submitted their estimate with supplement to our insurance. For some reason our insurance sent Bish's the check for the supplement at this point Bish's hadn't done any work and were not in possession of the camper. Over the last four weeks I attempted multiple times to contact Bish's regarding steps forward etc. I never again heard from them once and still haven't as of today. I contacted our insurance company who stopped payment on the check. Very disappointed in Bish's and the whole experience.
