The stylist gave me a great shampoo (including a really nice scalp massage - not too hard, not too soft, and she didn't dig into my scalp with her nails, which I've had other stylists do) and then got down to business with my hair cut. I don't think I've ever had such an appropriate haircut for my hair type and length. I have long, bodiless, straight hair, and she added internal layers (I believe that is what she called them), which really helped with volume and body. To finish off my style, she she created waves/loose curls, which I loved. She then asked me which shampoo, conditioner, and other products I was using and provided me with different recommendations. (Turns out the ones I used were not appropriate for my hair!) She did not, however, force the recommendations down my throat and noted that their were trial sizes I could buy if I wanted to give her recommendations a shot without spending/wasting a ton of money in case I didn't like the products.

She definitely knew how to work with my hair type and suggested a layering technique under my top layer of hair that would allow me to still have a blunt cut without all the extra weight of my normally heavy hair. The salon itself is very well decorated, with displayed artwork for sale as well. The other stylists were all very friendly, as was the front desk staff. Overall, I am pleased with Salon Boheme as well as the stylist I was scheduled with, and will definitely be back!

I LOVED my haircut, she blow dried it and styled it, which left me feeling ready for a party! My hair has been growing so good after it, and looks healthy. I've been able to leave it au naturel and still has great shape and volume. Definitely 10/10. For my second service, I asked for some very light highlights. Still, helped by Hollie who always receives you with a smile! My hair ended up with a gold tone, which was darker from what I wanted. But, FULL DISCLAIMER, this is because my hair is naturally very dark, so it needs more time to be lifted. Nothing to do with Hollie's skills, is just one of those times that hair does its natural thing. The service was still great, and even though Hollie was running out of time she took the time to dry and styled my hair. Also, the establishment is very cute. So I definitely recommend it!

Eight of those years I have lived 11 hours away in Tampa Bay. That's just how good she is. She has been a hair stylist for 22 years and owned her own salon for the majority of the time. She is a master stylist and color specialist. You should see some of the bad hair jobs she has had to fix for me. My favorite thing about her is that she will never fry your hair no matter how badly you may want to be blonde or red. She will always say, "I'll fix it after you do it."

The space is clean, they have light music playing, a nice receptionist and they always make me feel at home. Brenda's services are great, she knows what I want, she always LISTENS to me and gets the color and cut right every time. I have also had my nails done here and been satisfied. And use the esthetician to wax my brows. Its nice to be able to get everything done in one place. They have about 5 hairdressers who keep their own schedules. Brenda is always in high demand, but I can usually get in within a few weeks. I have appts set up in advanced as do most of her regular customers.

I was impressed with the men's haircuts done by Duane. They were also advertising $15 back to school haircuts! Our appointment was for 8:00am on a Saturday. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and after explaining how I wanted my sons haircut (even showed a few photos) Duane got to work. He was thorough and precise. The finished product was great! They not only care for my daughter's hair, but they educate me as well. My daughter has very thick and curly hair, yet it never fails...she walks out with it beautiful every single time. It is meticulously detangled with care. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but that's normally due to a holiday, which is probably what you can expect at any other "good" and in demand salon. Every stylist here can give you the same level of quality care. One other thing I'd like to mention is that, I've noticed that at some salons it can be a lot of gossip talk.... But not this salon.
