I deal with hair breakage issues due to a genetic disorder and have never been able to grow my hair out past a certain length. You can easily miss the turn into the salon, but they have a parking lot as well. If you do miss the turn with the sign, you can park in front of the building and go in through the glass door. I had very thick and medium-length hair that was thinned and unevenly layered in the front. Though I asked for layers, I did not ask for the layering and thinning to the extent where my ponytail is now a horse tail with few hairs. The front layers has shaped my head like a coconut. I'm confused as to how the daughter and mother have fantastic hair, but left me with a haircut that was trendy in the early 2000s when extensive layering and thinning was popular. I do not suggest this place for young Asian girls looking for a haircut. The daughter did mention 12 years of experience, but, ironically, it just may not be experience with cutting asian hair. I will now be getting extensions to gain my thickness and evenness back. The hair cut was 39.99.
