Brian is the man. I've been going to him for years now and have only gotten a haircut elsewhere once, when he was on vacation for a month. He is the most consistent barber I have met and takes the time to make sure he and you are satisfied. Many of my friends go him now as well. He works at Tustin location Monday, Friday and Saturday. Honestly, I wish I would have been able to get a cut from this place just because the owner was pretty nice, and hurried the lady to the chair! When she finally came over, after being called twice. I was finally helped by some lady who couldn't even put on a smile like she liked working there. But I thought hey let me give her a chance. She was rushed to my chair. Well it gets better! I work with special needs adults, and I had one of my clients with me getting a hair cut. He's harmless and what likes high fives and fist bumps. He likes sensory related stuff, so he will touch forearms and hands for some feeling. Well I didn't want him doing this to any one and I had him sit facing me close enough for me to get him and far enough from anyone. This lady. She asked me to move him back into the corner. Because she said she needed space. She had plenty. She was a twig. Then proceeded to tell me it's because she's AFRAID OF Him. wtf?!?!? . First of all, you don't know him. If he was a problem I wouldn't have brought him out with me. I got up and explained why I was leaving. You're an absolutely closed minded adult who needs a lesson in life. I will never go here, just for this reason. She said this comment to me twice. Once before I got up then again when I got up and was trying to play it off and say something else, just because the owner was right there. Please if you have any care for the specials needs. Amazing! Been getting flat tops for over 20 years and just today lost the barber I had been going to for quite some time. Found Brian on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Best flat top I have had in years! Very meticulous, great attention to detail, courteous. Hot towels before actually using a straight edge razor to shave the back of my neck, followed by a quick neck and scalp massage with a vibrating massager! Cold drinks for free as well! Best barbershop in town! Line you up fresh and they are so nice, even offer water/soda if u need to wait at all. They're perfectionists and even clean you up with a razor to make you look extra sharp. Hot towel clean up is a major plus! Great barbers but this place has become really poor in upkeep. Brian is very neat but all the other stations are really dirty. No one is cleaning anything. Instead of sitting around waiting for a customer, throw some combs in the disinfectant jar. But clippers and scissors are full of hair. I almost walked out but just decided to finish. It's not hard to be clean. Some people are just lazy. Won't come here anymore. read more

I would've gave zero stars if that was an option. If your coming here to buy hair products. Expect to be completely ignored by all the barbers here. They pay zero attention to anyone walking through the door to make any type of purchases. I walked in today to buy my husbands hair gel and was looked at, no welcome greeting or "how can I help you". So I waited longer expecting someone to acknowledge me, nope! I waited until one of the barbers were done and he too completely ignored me at the register and helped his client. It wasn't until I chimed in and asked once he's done with his client, can I please make this purchase. He then says "oh ok". At this point I'm completely impatient. Then he walks away and another barber comes and also ignores me and then I had to finally ask AGAIN if I can make the purchase. Then he asked me to hold on while he puts his cash (tips) together and finally helps me. No one apologized or anything, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have been coming to this place for months with decent success depending on who you get. Today I waited 30 minutes got in the chair and was told I had to get out as they had an appointment. iBarber is one of the best barber shops I've been to. I've been getting my haircut by Lisa for awhile now and follow her wherever she goes. She actually listens to you and cuts my hair exactly how I like it. I have super stiff asian hair so it's pretty difficult to cut well but I've literally never had a bad haircut from Lisa. She's also super personable and great to talk to but if you want to sit and chill that's fine too. But for 15 bucks you get an awesome haircut, hot towel, massage, and aftershave on your neck. Best bang for your buck by far. If you go make sure you ask for Lisa. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. The pictures they advertise here on yelp are not even from the shop, no way the barbers that work in that place can cut hair like that. I'm not even entirely sure if the barber knew what a "fade" was. The barber didn't seem like he was paying attention but i still took my time explaining what i wanted. it still ended up probably being the worst haircut I've ever gotten. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. But if you want to look shitty for the next week or so, i highly suggest this place only for the price of $17. read more
