I will say this. Even though I bought my Forrester from them and my saleswoman was awesome. She…read moresince retired. I also bought my car outright from them which I know not everyone can do and only circumstances allowed. What I can tell you is from my two purchases from them be very careful when buying your car from them. Have your financial situation for purchasing a vehicle situated before you even walk on the lot. So, you know exactly how much money you can spend. There finance manager will definitely try to up sell you extended warranties for different options. Actually they are not options to have and may not be bad to purchase depending on your situation, but knowing the numbers ahead of time and adding those to your pre financing is very important if you want any of it because it is not cheap and can add nearly $3000-10,000 to your car purchase not to mention. Also if they finance you could or will have interest rates higher than anything a bank or credit union would offer its members. Now, one thing I would like you to be to be aware of with Subaru's. They are not like any other cars. They are have to have their maintenance schedule's and actual service products used and on time. Even if a tire has to be replaced and the other 3 are still have life, you are looking are having to replace all 4 or if your lucky and the tire shop has a tire shaver they might be able shave the new one to match the other ones. This is something that people aren't aware of until after they get one. But, other than that they are probably the greatest vehicle I have ever owned.

Beware of the dishonesty in interest rates, what they tell you verses what they charge…read more They also failed to reveal certain items on the vehicle, when pointed out they promised to make good on these issues but did not do so. I will never buy anything there again! They make car salesmen look bad!!

We recently needed to purchase another vehicle after an accident. I was not looking forward to it…read morebecause purchasing a vehicle is always such a time suck. This was absolutely not the case here. Shane was amazing. He went above and beyond making sure we got what we needed, speeding up the process to have everything worked out before we arrived to sign the papers and hand over the check, and he even followed up after the sale which was greatly appreciated and not at all expected. I would definitely recommend Shane to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

They did a good job fixing a mistake that another GM dealership messed up. My Tahoe had car trouble…read morein Evansville, Wy on a weekend. Had to leave my Tahoe at the GM dealership there, take a bus back to Salt Lake City, and catch a flight home for work. They replaced the crank angle sensor, and I had the vehicle shipped home. Several months later I ended up on the side of the road on my way to work. Had the vehicle towed to Green. They discovered that the wires to the crank angle sensor had been routed wrong, had been rubbing against a moving part, and had finality broken. I mistakenly believed that they would fix it and not charge me, since it was a GM shop's mistake. Instead they charged me full price and left me to deal with the dealer ship in Wyoming on my own. They said that if the shop was honorable they would refund me what they charged me. An honorable dealership? Yeah right. I didn't even bother. That was 16 years ago. I understand that each shop is independent, and that that is how GM does business (or did at one time). That does not mean I ever have to do business with a GM dealership again. Haven't owned a GM vehicle since 2009.

I bought a customized 2018 Jeep Wrangler with a turbo setup from them about 6 weeks ago. Paid cash…read morefor it. They advertised it as a "$100,000 open checkbook build". Definitely not true. I saw the ad on marketplace in the Quad Cities Iowa about 2 hours away from where I live in Illinois. I called Spencer (salesman) and made an offer and we made a deal so I drove out there to look at it. I was doing the walk around I noticed the exterior and interior was in much worse condition than the photos they posted but I was OK with that. I turned the Jeep on and let it run for about 6-7 minutes and I noticed it had an oil leak about 3-4 drops on the ground already. Spencer assured me it was just a $700 fix (discounted it for me $700) even though he couldn't tell me exactly what was leaking. I took it for a test drive and it did wander a bit but I figured that was normal for 38" tires I've never owned a vehicle lifted so high with big tires.I drove the jeep back and shook Spencers hand and made the deal in good faith that he was making an honest deal with me but that wasn't the case.He just wanted to get rid of a car he knew had major issues with no warranty. About 10 minutes after driving away I smelled antifreeze then the temp light came on and as soon as I pulled over under the hood exploded with steam and coolant was leaking everywhere. I noticed that some jackass routed a coolant hose directly on top of the turbo exhaust and it hot and melted a hole in it and coolant leaked everywhere. My girlfriend was following me in her car so we drove back to the shop and Spencer called his boss and they gave me the option to either refund my $$ or keep the jeep and they will fix it and ship it to me at no cost. Man do I wish I would've taken the refund but I wanted the jeep. They"fixed" by replacing the hose and adding 2 skinny zip ties to hold it in place so it wouldn't touch the turbo. It looked Ok but about 2 days later the hose loosened and touched the turbo and I broke down again on the side of the tollway at night for the exact same thing and had to wait hours for a tow. I sent a video of the breakdown to Spencer. I took the Jeep to "WildsideCustoms" in Naperville which is a very reputable Jeep shop to have it fully inspected.Wildside gave me terrible news. It had a major coolant leak and was leaking oil from a couple different places including the turbo and wildside doesnt do turbosThe whole front steering components were shot and had to immediately be replaced. When you upgrade to large tires especially 38" tires you have to upgrade everything and the only thing they upgraded was the lift kit but that was poorly installed too. It still had the stock brake system, stock axels, and the gear ratio was incorrect as well, I still have to replace all the shocks all around, and all the control arms all around, and pretty much redo the entire lift and components. Wildside had my jeep for about 3 weeks. I spent about $4200 with them. I then took it to a turbo shop here in Aurora where I live the they told me that I have to get the turbo replaced and its going to cost me $2400 to replace so they're currently working on that. They've had my Jeep for 2 weeks now. so far I'm $6600 in repairs plus the $30k I spent on the jeep not counting all the $$ I'm going to have to put into it to get it right. I reached out to spencer to see if they can help he said he will talk to his boss and get back to me but of course I never heard back so I had to call him and he basically told me to go screw myself nothing they can do. All I really wanted was for them to maybe pay for half the repairs I already did. I would've been happy with $2k-$3k. I sent him the detailed inspection report with pictures and the invoices and receipts of what I paid but spencer still told me they're not willing to help. They knew this jeep had issues and they knew the turbo was leaking and it had to be replaced otherwise they would've fixed it before putting it up for sale. DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP RUN!! JUST ANOTHER SLEEZY DEALERSHIP SCREWING PEOPLE OVER.
