If I could put negative stars as a receive, I'll definitely be adding more that just a few. I am extremely upset with this dealership and it's Employees. They have the worst staff. I have not only had just one bad a experience, but so far I've had two. And for me that's more than enough! This is my first and last time that I make business with this specific dealership. It is so hard to get a hold of their finance person. I requested a copy of my lease back in October of 2023 and it's now May 2024 and I still haven't Received anything. My biggest complaint and what made me very upset was their failure of properly communicating with me on a vehicle purchase that failed to go through because they had sold it at the same time they were selling it to me. My family and I were so excited to have gotten the call saying that our future truck was getting detailed and ready to be picked up by us, just to be notified 30 minutes later that it had been sold. So unprofessional! I wish there was better communication between the dealership and customer. It's a lesson learned. I will never do business with them after these two experiences! I have had my car for about 3-4 years got my car used previously owned by one other person and I've maintained it well. I've had nothing but issues and Hyundai takes about a month before they can even see your car. My car was fine one day the next ut started drinking funky took it to Hyundai and then they said soemthing is wrong with the engine you gotta but a new one or get a new car no options!!! Hyundai is a JOKE!!!! Don't buy anything from them. They are shit theire buisness is shit there customer service is shit and absolutely no help!! read more

I would highly recommend this dealership! I literally called to the dealership and asked for a sales person to speak to and they transferred me to Juan A cause there's two Juan's lol . I told Juan I was on my way from work and I wanted to check out an Elantra. And he said okay I'll be waiting here for you. I drove up and there he was ready to help. He said right now was a very hard time to keep stock of vehicles but there is one that you can check out. Well it was a Elantra Limited and I thought I wouldn't bed able to afford it and guess what I derived away in it 4 hours later. Juan really worked with me to get me a good deal and I did not feel pressured. It was a smooth transition. And I got top dollar for my trade in. read more

I called the Hyundai service department at 9:30 am this morning on Good Friday no less to ask if there was any chance I could bring my car in for an oil change (I had the day off and was running errands). They were very friendly and said to bring it on in, there might be a longer wait or drop off period for being a walk-in as opposed to an appointment, but it would certainly be done by closing today. When I arrived, Joey Cortez checked me in, said he would call when it was done. Joey was very friendly and helpful, and assured me they would work it in around the appointments which they had to honor first (which I appreciate because if I had an appointment I would have wanted the same!). My dad picked me up for breakfast while I waited, and even before we finished our meal, my car was serviced and ready for me to go on about my day. Joey once again was very helpful and friendly when I picked the car up, as well as the other dealership employees I passed by as I was there. Had a diagnostic performed on the engine and when I drove my vehicle home I opened the hood and found the engine was not put together all the way. There were loose bolts and parts and connectors. I did not feel safe in my vehicle. Upon contacting customer service to discuss the matter I was ignored. I still haven't been contacted on matter and it's been almost over a month. read more
