As I get older, my metabolism is basically filing for retirement, so I'm on a mission to build muscle, stay active, and keep my cholesterol and glucose from throwing a tantrum. Let me tell you, I have tried everything: Boxing, Orange Theory, Barre, Pilates, random personal trainer, dragging myself to the gym, and more - you name it. And the ONLY thing that's actually worked, kept me coming back, and didn't leave me feeling like a deflated balloon is training with Fitco, especially my trainer Ellie. Ellie is not only super FIT, but also she actually knows what she's doing to the bone (she's a Pilates instructor too), knows how to explain things, and is always paying attention so you don't injure yourself doing something your body absolutely did not sign up for. Both Sasa and Ellie are ridiculously friendly and funny. They tailor everything to your goals, unlike some trainers who set up the SAME plan for everyone like a cookie cutter! BTW, I've had other trainer before. Yes, I felt sore. No, I did not look forward to going back. And yes, I quit eventually. Fitco keeps me coming back! I was holding off a bit to share this gem with everyone because they are already pretty booked. However, I do not want anyone to miss this place if you are someone like me since I know the struggles!

The progress certainly wasn't linear but it was possible with a consistent strength training program 4x/week and a sensible/sustainable nutrition plan. There are also some strength goals I've been able to hit while training here that I would have never dreamed of achieving before. So happy here and so happy with the progress so far!

    I have been working out with coach Norm for 6 months and he's my first personal trainer ever. I am…read moremoderately active and have only been doing walks and yoga regularly before. Let me tell you, his training changed my whole body! My body has transformed completely from a regular female body with not much strength in the upper body, to one that has muscle definition, energy and strength. Body changes: Belly before: a little pouch, kind of pudgy, but some core strength from yoga Belly after: smaller waist, OBLIQUES showing, lean and very strong core muscles Chest before: just lean, not much strength Chest after: visible nice looking layer of chest muscles that is not too much, still feminine and look strong and healthy like a celebrity Shoulders before: rounded, not very good posture, very normal looking Shoulders after: shoulder look leaner, more angular and look much better in clothes. I even have super defined muscles when I flex and it's crazy amazing! Arms before: slightly fat in the upper arm, probably have some hidden muscles to begin with Arms after: that layer of fat is replaced by strong muscle definition and they look so good and feel stronger Legs before: chubby and not too strong. I am built with more fat in this area Legs after: stronger quads and better looking calves! Unbelievable. It's not making me become someone with hot model legs but I look much better than before! Coach Norm is so kind, so compassionate, and most importantly, his workouts feel like checking in with my buddy. We joke around while he gives me complex moves while carefully observing my form and help me make micro adjustments so my workout is more effective and safe. He's really good at not pushing me to the brink of hating working out and always let me stop a set early if he spots that I am struggling with it, so I don't get injured. With his charisma, caring attitude and expertise in the industry I couldn't recommend him enough!

You NEVER get board here. And you are not wasting an hour getting a semi decent workout. Coach Norm are always motivating and challenging you. If you try the gym out and you'll probably never leave.....so be prepared for that! My coach has done an awesome job in helping me toward my goals. I have been working out there for months and I feel great. I continue to learn new things. I highly recommend Supreme Fitness. Call them you won't be disappointed!

    My trial Boundless session was in July 2025. I had just moved to OC and wanted to regain some…read moremuscle lost due to age. Until then, I was generally exercising about 2-3x/week on my own - 1/2 mile swims or 5-mile bike rides. Never had I ever touched a barbell. During my first Boundless session, unable to do squats with a 15-lb bar, I did body-weight squats with Coach Kevin's guidance. That first session (and the next several ones) left me extremely sore for the next few days; I was getting down stairs like a toddler. BUT, I was so happy that despite my various joint problems, I was able to even get so sore from exercising! Once weekly work-outs progressed (7 months later) to 4-5x/week. Coach Kevin (and Coaches Allison, Frank, and Mark) seemingly effortlessly scales various exercises based on my abilities and limitations. I can now back squat my body weight and for the first time in my 50+ years of life can do pull-ups. AND for some reason, I have even less joint pain compared to several months ago! Undoubtedly, this progress is less about my effort and more about Kevin's expertise in creating the work-out routines and his individualized coaching. The Boundless community is very kind and encouraging. Kevin values each individual and knows everybody and their family members by name! :) Many people in Boundless have helped me learn the lifts and exercises. They even notice my progress before I do! Kevin incorporates Nutrition Challenges every so often. I'm currently enjoying learning about macros alongside several other members. :) And there are events and other programs I have yet to enjoy. My friend once said that going to the gym was bad for her soul. That's how I imagine a typical gym - a smelly, soulless place. Boundless is the opposite - a soulful gym in a great outdoor setting.

I've always…read morebeen active and spent years in other group classes where I'd stand next to the same people every week, but never really felt like part of a community. Boundless is different. Since joining, I'm stronger than I've ever been in my life--even after having a baby. I've learned how to do pull-ups and a bunch of Olympic barbell lifts, which I never thought I'd be doing. The atmosphere is addicting because everyone is so supportive of each other's progress. If you're looking for a place where the coaching is great and the people actually know your name, I highly recommend checking it out!

Jon is great. He'll work with you to cater your training needs. He does a great job of explaining the plans. Steve is the trainer that got assigned to me based on my goals and my time availability. He does a good job of giving you workouts, making sure your form is right, keeping you in check, and being very flexible with your schedule. I tell him if I'm training for a half marathon or Spartan race, and he'll cater the workouts to what's needed. The physical gym is great because it's not too busy at certain times, so it's perfect for all backgrounds of training. They also offer massages, cupping, saunas and cold plunges. Because of that, I've gotten noticeably stronger and feel way more confident lifting than I ever have before. I also have to shout out her dynamic cupping therapy... It's been a total game changer and has helped me feel better from the inside out. With my busy schedule, flexibility matters a lot to me, and both Anh and the manager, Steve, have been super accommodating and easy to work with. They genuinely show up and support you, which I really appreciate. Jungle Fitness is judgment-free but still keeps you accountable and motivated, and working out alongside others in a small group is a great balance of chill and discipline, and I'm stoked to be training here.
