He was great at pointing out where to make adjustments during exercises. There was also a group class going on at noon, which was surprisingly busy for a weekday with around 10-15 people. The class looked pretty fast paced and everyone seemed to be having fun. The gym environment was really great, everything looked clean and organized, and there was even mat space for kickboxing with a heavy weight bag. There are jerseys, gi's, and singlets of elite athletes who have trained here up on the wall. Parking was very easy at this time of day. Great gym, I definitely recommend.

For months, I've been charged late fees despite having two valid forms of payment on file. The problem is clearly on their end, yet I am the one being penalized. Every month seems to bring another fee, another explanation, and no real resolution. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly monitor my account and fight incorrect charges when Planet Fitness already has multiple ways to process my payment. Instead of taking responsibility for their billing issues, they continue to pass the consequences onto members through late fees and additional charges. The gym itself is fine, but that doesn't excuse a billing system that creates unnecessary headaches for paying customers. A company should be focused on providing fitness services, not finding ways to nickel-and-dime members because of its own processing problems. If you're considering joining, keep a close eye on your bank statements and membership account. My experience has been that even when you do everything you're supposed to do, you may still end up paying fees for problems you didn't create. I joined to improve my health, not to spend my time disputing recurring billing errors.
