Stephen is an amazing trainer, and his prices are unbelievably fair for the level of service he provides.

If you don't know, now, you know…read more.. Stumbled upon this place by a best friend. Cheryl was able to get a guest pass (highly recommend dropping in to experience the gym) and signed up instantly. Here's why: 1. Your muscles will be sore and burn. If you have plateaued with your HIIT workouts, this place will make you feel like it's day 1 again. Lactic acid build up is nice! 2. The price has built in childcare! Average bb sitter is $20-$40/hr. If you and/or spouse wanted to go to the gym, no headaches of who will watch these little miracles. Shout outs to Ava/Eva, Chloe, and the team. They create a chill environment for kids (Bluey/Paw Patrol approved). 3. Trainers that care for your growth. From beginner to well done seasoned steak gym person, each trainer can help you progress over time. Their unique personalities and experience bring a fun, professional, and community building environment. They're legit. Guys/husbands, it may be strange to be in a room full of women. Haha. I'm pretty sure the gym's mission statement is to empower women (which is awesome). Don't let this deter you from getting gains, sweating, pushing your body, having fun, and hitting whatever goals you want! Keep up the great work! :) Albert

I've been coming to Burn Bootcamp for just over one year now and absolutely love it. I was referred…read moreto this gym by a friend as I was desperately looking for a place that had childcare for my two toddlers. This place has exceeded my expectations. Not only do my kids love coming, but the workouts are fast (45 minutes) and effective. My strength & conditioning has improved! I've always been someone who values & prioritizing my health and fitness. Burn has everything you need to achieve your goals if you're willing to put in the work. Their trainers are fantastic. They push you and are personable. I also love the community and have made so many friends since joining. I'm always the first to invite my friends to join me for a workout and want to invite you to come check out burn also! 10/10 recommend

I decided to sign up for the 28 Day Challenge boot camp classes. For $67, I had access to unlimited…read moreclasses until my 28 days were up. What was there to lose (except for maybe that stubborn 20 lbs I can't seem to shake)?!! It's always hard to take the first step when trying to make a change in your diet and/or fitness. On the first day of class, I saw there were a lot of regulars and they all seemed pretty fit and solid. Of course I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel intimidated, considering I stopped going to the gym way before COVID even happened and my running and cardio barre classes were a distant memory, along with fast metabolisms and crazy stamina! But from the moment I met trainers, Alex and Vivian, I felt immediately at ease and comfortable. They are both so nice and personable and know how to tailor work outs to meet each individual's strengths and needs. They also know how to motivate and push you but not single you out and make you feel like s**t. A huge plus and sign of a good trainer. Anyway, my 28 days is almost up but I plan on signing up for a package that will be suitable to my needs and continue on. There are many options to choose from and you don't have to commit to a contract if you don't want to. The classes are easy to sign up for and cancel if need be. Everyone here is so nice and you might even find yourself working out alongside the owner, Ali! I highly recommend giving Fit Body Boot Camp in Foothill Ranch a try - you'll love it and hate it (in a good way)!!

Whether you are looking to lose weight, get stronger or try something different, this is the place…read morefor everyone no matter what goal you are trying to reach! I'm a mom of two boys 3 and under and 11 months ago I was struggling to find the right thing for me. I needed something that I wouldn't lose a few pounds doing and then not go back - which was always what I had done in the past. After my first session, I knew I was in the right place. Now almost a year later I'm still addicted! There's no other gym or bootcamp I will join. I've lost 40lbs, I'm stronger than ever and I've had so much fun doing it. Trainer Ali is amazing and truly cares about each individual and their goals. I'm so thankful for her as well as trainers, Charles and Adam! You won't regret joining here!

Terrible Lifeguards working here. I would be cautious taking a child here who can't swim…read more Today, there were 5 lifeguards and none of them saw a boy significantly drowning/cannot swim. Did any of them help? Nope... It's like they didn't even see a child right in the middle of the pool screaming for help. Luckily, I walked up when this was happening and saw the boy drowning, and jumped in to save him. He was very shook and still none ever came to check on the drowning kid. What are these lifeguards doing? Is it just a show or can they seriously help a drowning person? This is ridiculous. Other than this BIG experience that happened today, the grounds are clean but they need more tables and chairs around the pool areas. And actually making sure the lifeguards are doing their responsibility.

Came here for a wedding a few years back and the venue was very nice…read more Clubhouse overlooks the sunsetting over the lake so that was pretty cool. Older clubhouse as well. Geese everywhere!!! They poop almost everywhere you look and the staff does not seem to be bother by it at all as they just seemed to leave it laying there... Also I have been here a few different tines to play pickleball! Yes I know I'm one of thoooose people that is judgy about a pickleball court and blah blah blah. But hey this is Yelp! Courts were clean, very minimal traffic on the courts and never a wait since you get to reserve the court. Resident has to reserve the court and guest pay $5. Flys and mosquitos are a problem here especially at night. (Yes because of the giant lake next to the courts) but again, staff seems to be doing very little to fix these inconveniences to guests. Some good and some bad but overall it depends what you're looking for when coming here. Day time pickleball and swimming, absolutely. Night time pickleball and weddings, probably not.
