Be very careful if you come here for the "free" trial. Read everything before signing, cancel immediately in writing, and make sure you receive written confirmation. Otherwise, you may later find yourself facing unexpected charges and collection notices just like I did.

We saw on their IG that they had a deal going where you can purchase a day pass for $25 and then bring a friend for $10. The person working the front desk said she needed permission from the owner to run this deal. He said no. We were already there so we paid for 2. Decided to warm up with cardio and headed over the cardio area. I got on a treadmill that was open and immediately had a lady get in my face and yell that that was her treadmill and to get off. We did our workout and on our way out the person at the front counter asked if we would like to sign up. We said no, when asked why I mentioned the deal not being honored but hearing it being honored to other people. The. I mentioned the overly aggressive exchange with the lady on the treadmill. The front desk person wanted to know who it was immediately but when I described them I was told that she was the owner's girlfriend so there was nothing she could do about it. If you are someone who doesn't look like a body builder, or body exists outside of what society says a body should be I wouldn't come here. Society demands fat bodies to atone for their bodies, to shrink themselves and change their bodies. But when they do they are treated like they don't belong.

It is increasingly rare to find managers who genuinely care about both their members and their team, but Jarel is exactly that kind of leader. From the moment you walk into the club, it's clear that he takes great pride in creating a welcoming, positive, and well-run environment. Obviously, as you would expect, he is friendly, approachable and professional. However it's the leadership he exhibited today which for me, has earned him significant praise. I came into the club today, extremely frustrated about a situation. Not an easily solved issue to say the least. I came in to see someone else and when I asked for that person, instead of Jarel assuming the issue would be addressed by the other staff member, he asked if there's anything he could do to help. He didn't avoid it. He could have just thought, "Well I'd help but I'm busy." He didn't just assume it would be taking care of by someone else. He dropped what he was busy doing and helped me. I tried for over two years to get my money back for the 9 classes and they refused. I eventually gave up and cut my losses with this company. I would not recommend this studio to anyone.

His statement was your spouse must stay at the gym with you before we can allow you to workout. I was extremely upset because he didn't explained that earlier to me. I wasted my time for no reason. I only use this location. My spouse and I come to the gym 4 days a week together. Mark needs to be written up or get fired. He clearly doesn't know how to communicate or do his job properly. My three children absolutely love going to the Kid Zone! The teachers are wonderful, incredibly kind, and know each child by name. They always have all sorts of new activities and fun crafts for the kids to do every single day. She successfully canceled the membership and explicitly told me that the manager does have the power to issue the refund, but he was currently on a call. It turns out the manager was standing right outside the gym making a personal call. Even though he looked right at me and clearly saw me waiting, he made me stand there for 15 minutes while he finished his casual chat. When he finally walked back inside, he flat-out refused to give me a single dime back--even though I haven't stepped foot in the gym since the day I submitted my cancellation request. He didn't even have a valid reason; he just acted like "this is how it is, and nothing is going to happen to me." He was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked him how I could escalate the issue to higher management, he sneered and literally said, "I am the highest management and no one is above me!" The sheer arrogance and lack of customer service from this guy is unbelievable. He had the full authority to do the right thing and fix their billing mistake, but chose to power-trip instead.
