The classes are excellent, easily as good as you will find anywhere, and the overall culture on the gym floor is a real plus. People are there to work out, not just socialize. The locker rooms are also a standout, consistently clean and clearly maintained throughout the day, and the front desk team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming while still feeling genuine (even though they are coached im sure). What really sets this location apart is how well it works for families. The kids club is far better than basic childcare, with a wide range of activities like sports skills, art, Spanish, and wall climbing. The pool area is also great for the whole family, with attentive lifeguards, fun family spaces, a separate adults-only area to relax, and good food and drinks available during the summer. It feels like a place where both parents and kids can genuinely enjoy spending time. A few things keep it from being perfect. It would be reasonable to include Parents Night Out in the already high monthly family membership rather than charging extra per child, especially since other Life Time locations do. It is also disappointing that the exceptional basketball courts are gone. Pickleball is clearly in demand, but keeping at least part of the space for a half-court basketball setup would have been a better balance. The old basketball league was a great part of the club, and it is hard not to miss it. We used to belong to the ClubSport Rennissance and it had a lot to offer too - but LT works better for us due to the better pool and kids club, nicer equipment, and more premium feel.

We went to get a smoothie and I thought it was alright but unmemorable. Who even knows why? The smoothie may have been healthier (less sugar) than ones sold elsewhere. Employees behaved in a professional and courteous manner. As expected, I received a polite call and an email inquiring about whether I'd like to join. I was relieved that there was no pressure sell. The aggregate rating is a 3, but I find the gym attractive, so my rating is a 5.

Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. I tried the facial services too and the esthetician was great. She recommended some treatments and it was quite relaxing.

It is a small gym and the equipment is older (especially the weights and the weight machines) yet besides basic leg machines you can find here everything you need. Since it is a small space it can get crowded very fast especially when teenagers decide to hang out (not work out). From time to time you will have a macho guy with an attitude show up but overall it is a friendly place. The lap pool is nice if you can visit during fall and winter. Once the kids are out- just forget it. I cannot even imagine what the summer will be like. With that goes the bathrooms- water everywhere. I hope they will have the maintenance people visit more often during the busy times. The hot tub is nice as long as you don't have kids making out in there- again- the school months are the most enjoyable. The tennis courts are nice but tend to fill up fast so unless you sign up you are out of luck. I have yet to try the racquetball but am planning on it. As for the staff some are real friendly and nice some grumpy and bitter. All depends who is on the shift. Overall not a bad place to keep in shape.

The gym is full of all different personalities, gym faces, and gym goals but we're all a family. A lot of gyms are intimidating or you feel judged, and at explicit Rachel makes sure everyone is welcome. You just have to come and meet the crew there's always get togethers, be it holiday parties, birthdays, pickleball meet ups, hiking, or out right spartan races... the whole group comes to what they have time for and no one JUDGES. And there's hot yoga. They offered a week for you to try the gym and the amenities, which was very generous. It's super close to my house so I was really hoping I would absolutely love everything about this gym since I already do Pilates and hot yoga elsewhere, but was really looking to add in weightlifting to my routine. I took a Pilates class with Mia... She was excellent! Very similar to what I am used to... Great instruction, but also perfectly challenging. I would go back and take her class in a heartbeat. I may even pay for add-ins to take her classes if the timing works out for me. The hot yoga class that I took was definitely hot, which I love! It was an extremely different style, that I am totally not used to so it was nice to experience it complementary... But I don't know that I go back. The instructor was fabulous and you can tell. She knew what she was doing and had a great following... I just don't know if that style is for me. Now for the gym - it's very, very VERY outdated - and pretty small. Most of the equipment seems like it's 20 years old or more. They keep the gym very clean- it was just small, kinda dark, and outdated. Front desk, staff and everyone I spoke to was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. I would rate the gym portion of three and the rest of the amenities. I've experienced a five... That is the reason for my four-star rating. If the gym was nicer, I probably would've signed up for the top-tier membership, since that's the reason I wanted to check it out in the first place.

Her encouragement is firm but never overbearing--she'll push you with just the right amount of humor thrown in, without ever being pushy or overly aggressive. She also really knows her stuff, watches our group closely, and gently corrects technique where she sees it's needed. Plus, her instructions are always clear and easy to hear over the mic. I only wish she taught more classes! She's the reason I look forward to Tuesday nights now :0). Do yourself a favor--take her class! You won't be disappointed.

Evana, the Fit Body Boot Camp instructor, was beyond rude and unprofessional. In my experience, she spoke about clients in a disrespectful, dismissive way that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The tone and attitude were shocking for someone who works in a role that's supposed to motivate, support, and encourage people. Instead of feeling inspired or supported, I felt judged and talked down about--exactly the opposite of what a gym should feel like. This is not someone who made me feel safe or comfortable enough to ever want to return. In my opinion, someone who openly talks about clients this way should not be working at this type of business at all. A fitness space should be inclusive and respectful, and this experience was neither. I will not be coming back, and I would seriously caution others who value respect and professionalism to not staff a workplace with staffing like this.
