I like the trainer & this gym workout. We had a group workout today & I loved it a lot because I didn't feel that I workout at all. Austin was making our workout fun. He made the workout like a game & fun, such as hitting a 10lbs ball, tapping the yellow light, rolling a weight ball, etc. Austin is a friendly & fun personal trainer. I would highly recommend this gym because you will have fun while you workout at the same time

    Still smiling after!!! :)

Had a team workout at Hyperstrength and LOVED IT!! :) it did not feel like a workout, it was friendly competition, and focused on self improvement. Austin & his crew are awesome! I definitely recommend this place!!!

Do you offer women's only groups?

    Stationary bikes at the location?

We will soon have some airdyne bikes!

Has anyone who identifies as fat trained here? If so, can you speak to the fatphobia present (or not) in this space? Ie. Is the training centered on 'losing weight' versus being healthy/ being strong etc

Great question! People definitely identify here as the typical "Fat Powerlifter" and we have people who genuinely just want to focus on getting strong and being a beast in their own regard.… Read more

Do you provide Yoga and cardio kickboxing? Also, late classes for those two?

We provide Yoga at least once a month and currently working on providing more times. We do Cardio Boxing once a week at 6pm on Tuesdays and may implement Cardio Kickboxing in the future! Most of our classes for conditioning are around 6pm or 730pm!

I originally planned to train with Adam for just 3 months, but the amount of progress and muscle growth I saw in that short time was insane, so I decided to keep going. What makes Adam such a great trainer is how flexible and dedicated he is. I travel a lot and work a demanding software engineering job, but he's always willing to adjust schedules and make things work. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. Even on days we don't train, he still checks in, gives me pointers, and helps me stay on track. He also does a great job tailoring workouts to your specific needs and constantly adds different exercise variations to keep things effective, challenging, and fun. Every workout feels personalized instead of repetitive. The gym itself is amazing too -- it has every piece of equipment you could possibly need, plus all the little extras that make training better. Everything is always incredibly clean and spotless, which makes the environment even more motivating to be in. On top of all that, Adam keeps workouts fun and motivating. We always have great conversations, and over time he's become more than just a trainer, he's become a friend too. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to level up their fitness.

Super clean, organized, and modern without feeling cold or intimidating. The space has a great flow, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed. It's not overcrowded with equipment, but everything you'd want is there, rows of weights, turf space, squat racks, cardio machines, and even recovery tools like foam rollers and massage guns. One of the staff members gave me a quick tour (shoutout to Jess!) and made me feel welcome right away. No pressure sales vibes at all, just real conversation and a genuine interest in what kind of training I was into. What stood out most was the vibe. You know how some gyms are all ego and earbuds? Not here. The energy was focused but friendly. Everyone seemed in their zone but still nodded or smiled as you passed by. It felt like a community, not just a gym. I did a full-body circuit using their strength equipment and wrapped up with a stretch on the turf. The lighting is nice too, not harsh and glaring, which somehow makes you want to stay longer. Even though it was just a trial, it didn't feel like I was treated like a "guest", I felt like I belonged there. If you're someone who appreciates a boutique-style gym with a strong sense of community and no nonsense, WESTCA is 100% worth checking out.

I've tried plenty of different workouts over the years, and this one is truly my jam. I've been coming to this studio since it was formerly known as SMUV. It's under the same owner, just rebranded as LFBA, and the quality has only continued to impress me. The studio has 10 reformers and an amazing team of instructors who consistently deliver challenging, effective classes. Spots fill up fast, so be sure to book early to secure your place. I can't say enough good things about this studio.

When I tried booking it through the app, I selected it on the drop menu, but for some reason it didn't put it for me. I did pay a reduced fee, but I would think that it would know that it was my first time and automatically sign me up for it. When I got there, the instructor told me I had to pay for the socks, but I could email the manager to see if I could get a reimbursement. So the class and socks ended up costing me 40 bucks (18 for socks). For some reason the label said $14, but I was charged 18. Not sure why. First impressions - The instructor seemed nice, but the intro was literally 5 minutes long and then you were on your own. When I started at orange theory, the coach constantly checked in on me to see if I was okay and that made me feel better about starting a new workout. Honestly, I felt like a fish out of water. I had to keep looking at the other girls next to me to see what to do because the instructor was throwing out instructions and unfamiliar terms to me at the speed of light. Also, I could tell the handle bar slack was uneven, but after my friend mentioned that hers was too to the instructor, she said "oh" and that was it so I didn't speak up either. The workout - Man, this burns so good. I thought I would be prepared for it with a year of Orange Theory under my belt, but my body was not ready for it. I can see why it's such a good workout. My legs were still shaking 30 minutes after. I would be up for another class in the future. Just need more exposure to the terminology. Overall it was a great workout. Maybe not the best for someone that is completely new to it, but you got to start somewhere.

Swimming pools were mostly heated/warm/grand/much larger in size than expected. Indoors and outdoors looked great. I'm impressed with this company/gym brand. They take pride in what they do here. Yes, it's not cheap for monthly membership, but there's good value here. Two story building. Membership representative is helpful and resourceful. You can find all kinds of classes and exercise activities upstairs. Loved the cycling/spinning room with large screen too. Amazing place. Great impression, other than the high fees/costs and 30 days advance membership cancellation notice may keep people wondering. They only accept month to month payments. Paying $11 for something made with what felt like fake or misleading ingredients was very disappointing. Definitely not what I expected.
