I had a body that is a bit big for Medium Chef Coat and too small for a Large Chef Coat, which I just found out, je je je, going to the gym will definitely fix this issue, but I cannot wait six months, I needed the chef coats to be tailored to my current body type, I had a meeting in 12 hours, and Misha took care of my needs, by fixing one in an hour and the other four by the next day. All dry cleaning and washing/drying/ironing is shipped out of town to an offsite facility. I can easily understand how ite could be lost. As for taking a long time for items to be returned after alteration, I took two shit's in today to be hemmed. I observed a large amount of clothing to be altered. When you're the only phone company in town, you must understand the place will have a lot to do. In the case of having alterations done, this is a hand-on project and it's likely you won't get your items back within a week or so. She does good which is why she has so much to do. Your only other option is to locate an individual who does alterations in their home.
