Just a few days ago there was a mechanical issue that necessitated a major repair of the well. We lost water for just a few hours because on a Saturday John West showed up and figured out how to turn our water back on until he could do the necessary repairs. It turns out that a pipe to the house from the well was broken. John brought out a temporary water holder, hooked it to the well, ran a hose into our home to restore all water, and then told us to have the hole dug to get to the damaged pipe 4 feet under the ground. The day this was done he came out that afternoon and fixed everything. The man is as honest as the day is long. His prices are the best I have seen. The man and his family were a pleasure to deal with. After having tried other well companies we will never again go with anyone else.
