If you want friendly and good customer service this is NOT the place to go! They rarely answer…read moretheir phone and even more rare is a return call after you've left five messages. And their maintenance guy is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Plus every time they come service our water softener (Rainsoft brand) it's always $200 plus before they're out the door. Don't let that lifetime guarantee from Rainsoft fool you, because it's far from maintenance-free and Clean Water Specialists takes full advantage of it. I would never get a Rainsoft again or deal with Clean Water Specialists again. Unfortunately for me they are the only authorized dealer in the Tri-Cities therefore the only ones authorized to maintain a Rainsoft system to keep it under warranty. If I would have known that their maintenance costs over time would add up to the cost of a new system I would have just done that already!

Fernando wasted no time on a Saturday to give me an exact quote via Yelp and text, recognizing what model I wanted, and told me he could even install it that day! We arranged for the install on Sunday; Fernando worked in a tight space in the garage, and finished the install in less than the 3 hour time that he quoted, taking away the old water heater. Fernando was friendly, completely professional, communicated frequently, and listened to exactly what I had asked for- on a Sunday! I later called the company and complained about the high price and the ridiculous charge for a 5 minute hair removal. The manager promised to refund me the $175.00. I just got my card statement and there is NO REFUND. This company is TOOOO EXPENSIVE and does not have good ethics.

At each of the steps, I was told the next person would provide it. I was even specifically told I would know before anyone showed up. The last person said the tech was only 25 minute a away and he would provide the quote. Game over. After looking at my kitchen sink, he told me $530 to rooter a single line. I should have told him to leave but he was there and at that point I just wanted it done. Very shady operation.

We called this newer company to come out and do the required testing per West Richland code. We talked and found out they do complete removal and capping per city code. In less than a week Backflow Tri cities showed up on time and on the date they set. In under two ours he was done with the job. Keith Peterson was one of the most friendly folks I have meet in a long time. His communication and work was 5 star IMO. Keith left the area he was working on better shape than he found it. OUTSTANDING work ethic and we highly recommend him for all backflow testing and replacement needs.

We use Tri-City Plumbing for everything having to do with water in our house. (I have a very…read morerational hatred of plumbing). Most recently Jason replaced our septic tank. He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion). Tri-City Plumbing has replace our hot water tank, replaced a toilet, and supplied a new water conditioner at our house. Jason has always done outstanding work and has backed up his work when we needed help. I will continue to call on Jason for everything plumbing.
