Lazy company. I wanted to buy their water softener but their installers were too lazy to run the line in the crawl space. They would have run the line if it was all upstairs but they wanted me to call a plumber to run it. If I did that why would I need them to install the system. That would be the easy part. The other water store had no problem with installation. read more

WORST, billing department sucks. They are either lazy or they just can't bill you every time you get a delivery. Find some one else for water. read more

I purchased replacement water filters 2 days ago. Culligan sold me a broken filter and when I asked for their help they sent out a service person, who put in a new filter. The service person said the problem was the recently purchased filter from them. I then was billed $99.91 for the service call. Poor customer service! read more

Culligan of Kennewick salesman come into your home and make you feel like the company is a family company interested in taking care of the clients and they will do want to take to make you happy. The salesmans doesn't provide hard documentation of pricing or contracts it is all verbal until you agree. Our guy was here so long we fed him lunch. Apparently there was a contract in the paperwork, but all we got was the wrong copy of the sales agreement. Which didn't include everything he verbally promised. I was told they would change the filters every six months, wrong it is every year and you have to call them. I was told that they would install a line to my ice maker, but the salesmen didn't write it down so they didn't do it (wanted to charge extra when I asked about it). When I called to complain, they told me I had to speak with the salesmen but he was no longer with the company. The office staff yellled at me about the what the contract says (but you can't have a copy) and hung up in me. I was upset, but not unprofessional or yelling at them. I have been trying to get out the contract ever since, but once you sign it you are stuck and they could care less about you or making things right. I was also told that I could buy the unit and get partial credit for the rental fees. But when you can do that is limited and you have to get a different unit and they will charge you for uninstall and re-install. This company is not a family company and could care less about making things right, they will lie to you and never look back. I bet their only clients are those that are STUCK with them! After this next year is up, I will NEVER do business with them again And I recommend everyone else run fast. There are plenty of other more ethical companies to work with! read more
