So hard to put into words how hard it was to find a real Jacuzzi combination tub for my bathroom. There are plenty companies out there that claim to be all that, but in the end after months of searching and one let down after another, they were all grossly inferior to this one. If you are going to invest in this type of amenity in your home, make sure it is something special. I will not talk too much about other companies, I'll just say this is a superior company. The entire process was very pleasant Ron and Melaine were very patient and accommodating. I am a little bit of a caveman and they made everything simple and clear. Everything I needed, including Pump location, which was especially important. I had limited access for the tub on one side and the others could not accommodate the desired location. Simply because they are prefabricated and for the most part made in China. Bottom line, very little customization and poor Customer Service and I contacted at least 10 or 15 companies. Months of searching paid off! Hydro Massage actually answers their phone lol. They fully customized my two-person corner jacuzzi hydromassage tub to fit exactly what I am looking for and surprisingly so much more. They went above and beyond all I could ask for or think of that I wanted. Instead of a limited number of jets and air nozzle outlets, I ended up with almost double of the jacuzzi jets that are available in the market. I look forward every day to an unforgettable combination of massage, soothing comfort and ultimate relaxation. Most importantly, instead of the typical one HP brush motor, I am getting two 3.2 horse induction motors for the massage jets. That means brushless! This is the newest technology out there and long, long, long lasting! I am getting a significantly larger horsepower motor for the air bubble system and an in-line heater. One of the largest benefits is that this is a freestanding tub, does not require a mortar base or anything complicated and it is very well built. Also, it has a jet massage pillow available. Most of the other ones I researched tirelessly, I would say 99%, do not even offer this or the other options I covered. It was a perfect size for me, 58 inches, with comfort, relaxation, deep water, back and neck Jets, powerful pumps, clean system, two-person, great massage, pain relief, feel better, sleep better, etc. I suffered through all the work of research for you, so do yourself a favor and call Hydro Massage, their spa tubs will not disappoint. read more

So me & my wife are having our 2nd floor bathroom remodeled & we were looking for a tub. We only had a limited amount of space to deal with (no more then 56"). In our search we came across plenty of tubs but they were all too long. We came across a Woodbridge tub, but that was too long (59'). We finally came across a Boyce tub which was 56" but only had air jets in the bottom of it. We were looking for a tub with air jets and whirlpool jets. We were ready to settle on the Boyce as we had no other options. So anyway I did one last search on Bing and stumbled upon the Hydro Massage site. It was amazing cause they had a 55" freestanding tub with everything that we were looking for and more. In addition to the air jets and whirlpool jets they had Chroma therapy lights, built in heat, etc. So after we decided on a tub I called their number and talked to Jennifer who was in sales. She was very friendly and very professional. She answered every question that we had and explained the whole process of ordering our tub to the delivery process. We are very pleased with the way everything was handled. Our tub is slated to be delivered around Nov. 11th. Me and my wife are certainly looking forward to receiving this tub. We looked at a handful of other freestanding tubs from different manufacturers. The problem was they were too big or didn't have all the options that we were looking for. The other problem was that mostly all of these tubs had is that they were made overseas. Our Hydro Massage tub that we purchased is made to order and is made right here in the USA which I love. My husband and I are doing a master bath remodel. I knew I wanted a jetted tub and did hours of research online trying to choose the perfect one without success. I just kept getting more confused. I happened across Hydro Massage Products and began reading about all they had to offer. I called and started working closely with Jennifer Kinley to choose the perfect tub for me. I ended up choosing the free standing 66" Sarah model and added additional floor jets and neck pillow. I recently purchased a Woodbridge whirlpool tub from Amazon but after using the tub a few times I was not happy with the product for several reasons, but I was able to return it directly to Woodbridge, who were wonderful to work with on the return. This time I decided to go for a USA made combination whirlpool / air massage bathtub from Hydro Massage. Ron and Melaine at Hydro Massage were wonderful to work with on the phone and via email by providing me brochures and pricing and helped me configure the tub exactly the way I wanted it. I ultimately purchased the Reward 7242SD freestanding model which is huge at 72" x 42" x 25" tall and most importantly it's 19" inches soaking depth. The tub is a combination air, and whirlpool bathtub, with chromotherapy lighting, heated backrest, 30 individual jets, and the drain is not in the middle of the tub where it would pop all the time like on a Woodbridge tub. I feel the price was fair for the value, the quality, warranty and customer support they will provide if needed. Ron and Melaine followed through and kept in touch with me through the entire process. I just ordered my 60x34x22 jetted tub from HydroMassage after many months of research. We're converting a garage to a master bedroom/bath, and I was looking for the best jetted tub available. Many other tubs seem to have jets just to bubble the water around rather than to provide true therapeutic benefits. The placement and number of jets available, the force of the jets, and other customizable features make the HydroMassage tub truly beneficial for hydro therapy use. I'm looking forward to getting the tub in about a month. The website provides loads of information along with videos of the tubs in the shop. The many options can get confusing, but help is only a phone call away! I must have phoned Ron half a dozen times during the process of ordering my tub to ensure that I got it right, that it would fit into the space, and do what I expected. I recently purchased a freestanding jetted tub form Hydro Massage and I am one happy camper! The entire experience with this company was wonderful. I must tell you how fabulous these jets are. I have four jets for my feet and twelve for my back, custom designed by myself along with Jennifer. When they are turned to full force they are actually too powerful for me. I am so pleased! I purchased the "Sarah" model which is a small tub for a small lady. The inside dimensions are 19 x 41. I was concerned about purchasing a tub that I could not see or sit in until it arrived. I was unable to find any company close to me that could provide me with what I wanted. However, as it turned out, my tub is just perfect and I could not ask for anything better. It is heavenly!!! The bathroom itself is only 6' x 9' with a small vanity and a toilet. Thus, no photos - as it is not inspiring. But my tub certainly is a wonderful gift that I gave to myself !!! Retreat 6060 (Platinum Series) to replace 25 year old MTI drop in corner whirlpool. The challenge was to find a corner drop in whirlpool that would fit in the existing space without a bathroom remodel. There were several possibilities but none compared with the Hydro Massage Products Retreat 6060 in terms of upgrading from the existing whirlpool. Ron and his team answered all the technical questions and with a small modification, the Retreat 6060 worked perfectly. We were able to eliminate the "EZ Level Base" to reduce the height to fit on the existing sub-floor and meet the existing quartz top. (It measured 19" vertical space from the top of the sub-floor to the top of the existing quartz top.) We ended up with an 18" dimension from the bottom of the whirlpool to the bottom of the tub lip - PERFECT! We lost our home to the January 12, 2023 tornado. We, and others in our neighborhood, were under insured by over $380,000.00 so our rebuild is also with cost in mind. We purchased the Lacie Deluxe hydro tub for our guest bathroom. Our past home had a soaker tub but no blowers. We had a tub that used blowers prior and decided to have this for our guest. As we rebuild our home we are building a handicap friendly walk in tub for us and a hydro tub for our guest. I was familiar with different businesses with these items. Our tub is almost installed. We have been eyeing the free standing Sarah tub for over 8 years. Our basement is finally being completed and the Hydro Massage team has been patient and informative all these years. They accommodated us in viewing the Sarah and other free standing tubs on multiple locations. Hans Been researching for a while found most soaking tubs are to narrow and the soaking height is usually 13-14inches. The Sarah which I purchased is the deepest I found at 19 inches. A game changer to fully immerse yourself. The incline comes in at 125 degrees perfect for reclining. Most tubs are way to upright to be comfortable. The armrests are a added bonus. The material is twice as thick as competitors making it very durable. Many options to choose. From hydro massage jets to oxygen therapy not mention the extra heavy duty motors that power them. We just purchased a 59" Rosabella freestanding tub from HydroMassage Products. Prior to the purchase, we performed extensive research on numerous websites. Although it is only 59" long, we believe that the Rosabella provides the largest usable area at the bottom of the tub and the deepest soaking level than any other tub of similar size in the market. We also find comfort in buying a tub made in the USA since we want to avoid any difficulties associated with an imported tub.
