Juan was great in working from pictures of the property and put together a quote that sounded very fair. I am speechless with the results. The driveway is literally a completely different color than I knew it to be. Not only is the driveway spotless, but the power washing picked up an array of weeds and moss in its path. The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again .
