Hydration Room began with one patient: Dr. Florie's wife. Seeking a natural solution to her debilitating migraines, he used his expertise in allopathic and osteopathic medicine to formulate a targeted IV therapy. The results were life-changing and sparked the idea that vitamin therapies could help others reach their own wellness goals.A decade later, Hydration Room has helped more than 150,000 patients across 50+ locations. Today, Dr. Florie continues to expand our menu of therapies, bringing accessible, expert wellness care to communities throughout Southern California.Dr. Florie holds both DO (osteopathic) and MD (allopathic) degrees, along with a Master's in Biomedical Sciences. He completed his undergraduate studies and anesthesiology residency at the University of Southern California and currently practices as an anesthesiologist and pain specialist in Orange County.
Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Brett F.
Dr. Florie was raised in Newport Beach and Long Beach, California. He has earned both DO (osteopathic) and MD (allopathic) degrees. Prior to medical school he obtained a Master's Degree in Biomedical Sciences. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California, and also finished his residency training at the University of Southern California , in the field of Anesthesiology. The Hydration Room was created by Dr. Florie out of concern for his wife who suffered from migraines. Dr. Florie began developing a vitamin IV therapy that helped with her symptoms and as he got more involved with what vitamins can do intravenously, he realized he could help patients from all walks of life. Currently, he is a practicing Anesthesiologist (under his osteopathic medical license) and pain specialist at several local Orange County surgery centers and hospitals.
