Avoid this place. They promoted a facial and skin tightening for $69.99 on Instagram, which is a scam. The person providing the service isn't a licensed esthetician. I'm reporting this business. Don't bother going; the man doing the facial claims to be a "skin care specialist," but he isn't an esthetician. This is a tale of two contradictory opportunities. I was enticed - as many others here - by the GREAT deal on Instagram for a local esthetician offering a $69 facial. Perfect, I'm game for a deal. Yet, this is where the two camps come into play - * The estheticians/technicians who perform the services are rather good, pleasant and efficient. Don't hold the unscrupulous pitch of the establishment against them as they are working just like the rest of us... and don't forget to tip them too! * the post - treatment sales pitch is BRUTAL and borders on bullying. If you can't stand up to a time-share level sales pitch that is filled with used car methods and sales tactics - find another spot to have your facials. Forty minutes later, I was a sucker and succumbed to an 8 treatment plan - with product. I DID rationalize the price in comparison with my regular esthetician and it was a little bit less per treatment with Le Reve. BUT, when I have run the course of my subscription, I will return to my regular person because this is truly no bargain. The atmosphere is definitely second rate spa - the wifi that runs the sound and music in each treatment room is spotty and there is always some kind of incongruous decor in the waiting area. No hot water for tea, no coffee, only pony bottles of water ... There is very little luxury or transformation here. It is not a sanctuary but it was a good package deal for facials when I enrolled. This will NOT be a regular 'day spa' for me, nor do I believe that they want to cultivate consistent or returning clients - It's all about the sales - of product, accessories, creams and devices. Bottom line - I was angry with myself for being a sucker for the sales pitch - but I am determined to NOT hold it against the women who are performing the facials. I have had good experiences with each esthetician. Just don't believe the hype... If you can get in and out with JUST the $69.00 facial plus tip - you're a stronger character than me. read more

Big promises on getting great facial. The facial was decent but not what was promised. No issue given it was only $69.99. However, the very tacky sales pitch afterward trying to sell snake oil at hundreds of dollars was off putting. For $69 I'd repeat the basic facial but I won't be going back. read more

I bought the facial on Instagram hoping I will find a local place for regular visits. The lady who did my facial was adorable and sweet ( 5 stars), but facial was too basic (2 stars). Turns out the spa is not looking for permanent clients, bit victims who will buy a red light device and creams that go with it for a small fortune. I purchased a package costing roughly $1,900--which included three facials and a machine treatment--yet I've only received two facials so far. A new skin care salon opened and I highly recommend you trying it. They use Avinichi products which are moisturizing and make your skin glow. Katerina is the esthetician I saw and she is wonderful. She is kind and knowledgeable and you float away as she performs a facial. It is so relaxing and energizing. Their Vitamin C product is the best I've ever used. I purchased an Instagram promotion for a $250 non-surgical facial service advertised for $70, with the promise of instant results. When I arrived, I met with Bella, who asked a few questions and explained which areas they would focus on. The esthetician--whose name I, unfortunately, forgot--was very sweet and did what she was instructed to do, but the facial itself was very basic. After the facial, I met with Bella again, and that's where the experience changed. The conversation felt like dealing with a used-car salesperson. She tried to pressure me into purchasing a $5,000 electric wand that supposedly lifts your face and was presented as something I had to buy. She pointed out "flaws" in a way that felt unprofessional and continued insisting I needed it. When I said that I wasn't planning to spend $5,000, she immediately brought out other "deals" that I had to sign up for that same day or they would no longer be available. When I repeated that I was not interested and simply wanted the service I came in for, I asked whether the $250 service was included in the $70 promotion. She chuckled and said, "You got $70 worth of service." That confirmed my feeling that the promotion was just a tactic to get people in the door to upsell expensive products without giving them time to think or do research. And one last note to Bella, if she reads this: if you are going to point out other people's skin concerns to sell a product, your own skin should reflect confidence in what you're promoting. I had a situation and needed some sort of compassion with a refund, the skinny man who judge your skin with his tricky accent called it a personal problem and nothing to do with their scam company! I'm with Kia who also reviewed a 1 star. I went in as well for the Instagram promo ($69 facial). My facial was 39 minutes from when I entered the room to remove my top put on the gown and wait for them to come in until when it was done. Very quick facial. Then I was placed in front of Belle who cast skin judgements to try to sell a $2500 package. She kept pushing until I finally had to say, "so you're saying I look bad?" I told her i wasn't really impressed with my facial she said it was just a promo facial to get people in the door and the package would be better and an hour. It's not really about Belle. That's what she is told to do... but who wants that? The girl who gave the facial was fine. It was just not what they made it seem like on Instagram and very short and basic . If it was good, I would have been happy to pay the typical price go forward. I hate giving 1 star reviews... but I left feeling scammed. read more
