Front desk staff was first rate the whole way! They cared and were completely bought in to helping make your stay as comfortable as they can. Bartender was too engrossed in what was on tv to bother himself with doing his job, some easy revenue lost there. Breakfast was pretty low end, I've had much better at lesser places. The housekeeping staff was either untrained or indifferent, they did not do a very good job. read more

Dead cockroach on the floor right near the bed. Bathroom floor had few stains. Seemed like the bathroom was not cleaned. The location is great with lot of restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. read more

I was here for a week while attending a horse show. I received clean towels only once and never had full cleaning. I informed reception this morning that I would like my room serviced. He called housekeeping while I was standing there. Gone all day. Came back to an unserviced room. Breakfast is fair. At least they could keep the coffee pots full and replace the various tea bags which were empty. I won't stay here again. read more

Very clean. Quiet rooms. Strong AC. Very good customer services from all staff. Stayed for a week and enjoyed the spaces. We arrived here Wednesday & are possibly going to spend 2 weeks here. Gonna be busy house hunting. 1st off the rates were on point with a 5 star looking hotel. Reservations was very easy , and Nate & Drew were very personable and welcoming. We were more than happy with the room, spotless & very accommodating. The maid service does an excellent job. Breakfast in the morning was a real plus, food was great and felt like U were eating in a restaurant. All in all very happy with Hyatt Place & will continue to stay at in the future. Whenever we travel I always chose a Hyatt Place hotel because they never disappoint. This location is an update one. The rooms were nice as always. But one thing that caught my eye, which I've never seen before, was the handicap assessable seat for the pool. As an occupational therapist I notice those things and know that we definitely need more accommodations for those that are disabled in this setting. This location was near a lot of restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again in the future. read more

Hyatt doesn't disappoint! This is a new hotel so they are still working out some kinks but I was a happy girl. Easy check in, free parking ( which is unheard of by Hyatt ), rooms are so clean and quiet for a good night rest. My room was facing the parking lot but I could see on the other side might be some road noise. Fitness center is great! They have a rowing machine and new treadmills that when I was running the screen on the treadmill had a drone video thru mountains or on the beach that went as fast as I was going. It was neat. For food in the area : Jonathan's grill is delicious and just across the way Slim and Husky's pizza. They had vegan cheese and vegan sausage and vegan pepperoni as topping options! read more

This review could have easily been a 5 star review, but unfortunately they did nothing to control the 100 screaming children running and screaming thru the lobby and hallways all night long. Unfortunately I stayed while they were hosting a little girls soccer camp. It seemed that the hotel just gave them free reigns to yell and scream all day and night. Besides that, the rooms were very clean and the hotel is really nice. I would stay again, but would confirm that they aren't hosting an event first. read more

Jim Kelm My wife and I reserved for 6 nights. We normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn but it was booked. What a mistake selecting this hotel. The front office staff is very nice but one individual (Nate) was not accommodating. After listening to the doors slamming from other rooms until past midnight for a couple nights (bar closes at 11pm), I decided that at 12:30 am to go see the front desk and ask for another room on the top floor, if possible. The front office clerk was very helpful, apologizing for the noise and offering another room when cleaned in the morning. He just said to check in with the front desk when we were ready to move to the other room. Upon returning from a late breakfast and some errands, it is 1:30 pm and Nate is the front office clerk and tells us there isn't a room available. Condescending in his tone, I decided to let it go, never to come back, and to write an in-depth review of our experience. Here it goes.... 1. The doors on the rooms are heavy and make an incredibly loud noise when they close. If you are thinking about getting some sleep, bring earplugs or a headset that you can fall asleep to. 2. While they have some food available for breakfast, it is 5 grades below McDonalds. Want a great breakfast? Head down to Goodness Gracious in Murfreesboro or First Watch in Franklin. Incredible food, well-priced, and the service is excellent at both establishments. 3. Cleanliness. The floor supervisor should be ashamed of the work done on these rooms. This is a newer hotel. The shower doors have lime deposits as if never cleaned. The bathroom floor doesn't get cleaned as there is hair and dirt from previous guests. When our bed was changed, the remote was inside the cover and it got thrown onto the floor where I found it upon our return. Water deposits on all fixtures and the mirrors. Pathetic. I would much rather give a glowing review but Hyatt Place doesn't deserve it. I would suggest looking elsewhere. After writing this review, I decided to check the availability of a room with a king size bed (same day, 9:15 pm). The Hyatt website indicates they are available and a further indication that the front desk (Nate) lied to me about another room not being available to switch to. Dishonest! It is now the next day and we just returned to our room after being out most of the day. After requesting our room to be cleaned when we left this morning (guess who the request was made with - Nate), we return to find it had never been touched. What a coincidence! Nate has failed again to supply the quality of service that I would hope this hotel would like to achieve. We did mention this to the young lady at the front desk (Kaydance) who was beyond helpful in supplying clean towels for the room. Kaydance was apologetic, kind, and professional in addressing our concerns. This young lady should seek employment at a Waldorf Astoria or a Belmond hotel. I would hope the hotel management reads this and recognizes the efforts of Kaydance and rewards her properly. Nate must be 30 years senior to Kaydance, yet she was the one who supplied the kind of service that only comes with experience and integrity. Unbelievable. read more

The BEST!!! I travel weekly & stay in different hotels weekly. Hyatt is my favorite hotel. This particular hotel is...hands down....the cleanest! The staff is amazing, service is amazing, the room was so clean. Wish all hotels could be like this one!! read more

Beautiful Hyatt Place. It is new, modern and clean. Only about 2 years old. It has free breakfast, free parking, a fitness center and a pool. All rooms also have a coffeemaker and a mini fridge. read more

Fantastic! Extremely clean and updated. Arrived on a Saturday evening and the energy in the lobby and bar area was awesome. Room was just right and featured all of the conveniences needed. Fitness center had everything I wanted for a morning workout. Only issue was that the sanitizing wipes in the gym were dried out and the hand sanitizer was empty. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the service we received from Remington over the last 24 hours has been more than exceptional. We had to travel to Nashville from Memphis for an emergency with our son and went to the Hyatt Place for lodging around 2 AM. Even at this time, his attention to detail was impeccable, and he even suggested we become Hyatt members. (We most definitely will too!) After departing, another son forgot his wallet, and we called to see if it was at the hotel. Remington retrieved it for him and kept it in a safe place until we returned to get it. At a time when Murphy's Law was in full effect, Remington was definitely an angel in disguise. You will see this same review on multiple platforms because I want Remington and Hyatt to get positive visibility. Our family cannot thank you enough! read more

Could have been a little cleaner, staff was fairly nice. I wish the breakfast hadn't been buffet style during covid. Individual serving options would have been preferred. 2 nights of my stay had several children guests and they made the breakfast area a mess (I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but I think individual portions would have cut down on this mess). read more
